CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 167/16 dated 30/09/2016 u/s 279.337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashish Thakur S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Garauru PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was coming along with his elder sister by scooty (HP29A-1967) in the mean time  an Alto Car (HP33T-9429) came very rashly from Palampur side and hit his scooty. Due to which he along with his elder sister sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF MOLESTATION, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 246/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 354,341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a lady resident of Gahari Khadyahad Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/2016 she was going to her home, in the mean time Jindu Ram caught her and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 263/16 dated 01/10/2016 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Kumar R/O VPO Badsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/2016 he was going to his home and on the way Chander Mohan @ Chandu obstructed his way and beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND UNDER SC& ST PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 108/16 dated 30/09/2106 U/S 354,323,506 IPC and U/S 3 (1)(X) of SC & ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a lady resident of Brahuthach PO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) on 29/09/2016 she was cutting  grass, in the mean time Amar Singh S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Baggi PO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up, also tried to outrage her modesty and  also abused her by caste. Inspr. Neel Chand SHO P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND MISCHIEF 

5.     Case FIR No. 109/16 dated 01/10/2016 U/S 279,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ankush Avasthi S/O Sh. Suresh Avasthi R/O Jhiri PO Nagwain Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that a truck (UP15BT-3186) rolled down from the road and damaged the railing, glasses and windows of his house and driver of said truck sped away from the spot. HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6.     Case FIR No. 249/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Abdul Satar S/O Sh. Jamaldin R/O Vill. Dugrain PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that three unknown females obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

369  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 59,700/-   was  recovered, 25 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.2600/-   was   recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.21,600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
