CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.
1. Case FIR No. 274/16 dated 11.10.16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Village Dadour, PO Dhaban, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi, HP that on 11.10.16 time about 4.00 PM he was on duty at Maruti Nexa Show Room at Gutkar, in the mean time a Motorcycle (HP33 B-5495) came very rashly from Nerchowk side toward Mandi and motorcycle rider of said M/Cycle lost control over it and struck with a tempo ( HP 66-1668) due to which rider along with both pillion of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O PS Balh is investigation this case.

2. Case FIR NO 144/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 279, 337, 304 A IPC has been registered in PS Karsog by SI Sunil Kumar SHO PS Karsog that on 12.10.2016 time about 8.20 AM he receiving telephonic information and he rushed to the spot at Odidhar where he found that a Private Bus (HP 65-2607) came from Mahu Nag side towards Karsog which was driven by Prem Kumar S/O Sh. Binu Ram R/O Village Shauthi, PO Mahunag, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, HP and 8 other person namely Sh. Kuldeep S/O Bodh Raj Village Sarat PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 17 years, Smt. Chandra Bati W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Village Bhanog PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 23 years, Miss Manisha D/O Sh. Bodh Raj R/O Village Sarat PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 20 years, Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Village Bhanog PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 27 years, Mrs. Arnav S/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Village Bhanog PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 2.5 years, Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Chander Mani R/O Village Daral PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP, Sh. Virender Kumar S/O Leela Nand R/O Saryaog PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi and Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Rup Singh R/O Village Bakhari PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 28 years were travelling by said Bus. When said Bus reached near Odhi Dhar in the mean time driver lost control over it and fell down from the road about 80 feet downwards, due to which one person namely Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Rup Singh R/O Village Bakhari PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi HP age 28 years died on the spot and other 8 persons sustained injuries out of which 5 persons referred to IGMC Shimla for treatment. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent of driving by driver of said bus. SI Sunil Kumar SHO PS Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.
3. Case FIR No. 174/16 dated 12-10-16 U/S 279, 304a IPC has been registered in PS Joginder Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh Jaswal S/O Sh. Jagroop Chand R/O Dugli PO Golwan Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi HP that on 12.10.2016 when she was going to Golwan alongwith Onkar Chand in his Nano Car (HP29A-3632) then they reached at Dugli in the mean time Driver of said Nano car lost his control over it and fell down 250 feet downwards from the road, due to which driver of said Nano Car died on spot. ASI Sandeep Kuamr I/C PP Lad-Bharol is investigating this case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.
4. Case FIR No. 284/16 dated 12.10.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ragubir Singh R/O Village Phadanu, PO Khalardu, Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi HP that on 12.10.2016 he was present in his courtyard in the mean time a car (HP28A4835) came very rashly & negligently fell down on his courtyard due rash & negligent driving by driver of said car & he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating this case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION AND UNDER POCSO ACT
5. Case FIR No. 275/16 dated 11/10/2016 U/S 452,354, IPC and U/S 10 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a lady R/O Balh area Distt. Mandi that on 11/10/2016 she went to cut the grass and her minor children were with her old aged mother-in-law at her home and when she came back to home her mother-in-law told to her that Bansi Ram S/O Sh. Lal Man opened the clothes of her minor daughter and tried to outrage her modesty. Insp. Sanjeev Kumar Sood SHO PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
6. Case FIR NO 143/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Village Chindhi, PO Bhakhrot, Tehsil and PS Karsog, District Mandi HP that on 11.10.2016 when he along with his wife were going to his home from Chindhi in the mean time one person namely Nishu S/O Manglu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. ASI Bhom Prakash I/O PS Karsog is investigating this case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION, HURT AND INTIMIDATION,
7. Case FIR No. 257/16 dated 11/10/16 U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Raman Chauhan S/O Sh. Udham Singh R/O Village Kudana, PO Jungleberi, Tehsil Sujanpur, District Hamirpur at present running a Dhaba at Sambal which is taken on rant by him from Pawan Kumar. On 11.10.2016 Pawan Kumar entered in his Dhaba, beat him up and threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Hem Raj Sharma I/C PP Pandoh is investigating this case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ROITING AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No. 258/16 dated 11/10/2016 U/S 341, 147, 149, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Sunder Nagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Kumari at present Pardhan G.P. Chhatter, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt Mandi H.P. that on 09/10/16 Kanungo and Patvari came for demarcation at Kandayh in G.P. Chhatter and they called to complainant there. On this she went there, in the mean time Sarn Dass, Mitter Dav, Brij Lal, Jeet Ram and Sharwan Kumar came there, obstructed her way and also abused her. ASI Sharwan Kumar I/O P.S Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT.
9. Case FIR NO. 258/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Anand Kishor I/C P.P. City Mandi that on 12/10/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Vishwa Karma Temple and during patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Mahender S/O Sh. Nag Ram R/O VPO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Mandi HP. ASI Anand Kishore I/C PP City Mandi is investigating this case.
CHALLANS
10. 247 Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 35,700/- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
