CRIME REPORT ON 5 OCT

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

1.      Case FIR No. 90/16 dated 04-10-16 U/S 279, 304 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Village Hullu, PO Drang, Tehsil Padhar, District Mandi (HP)  that Ritesh Kumar S/O Sh. Charan Dass R/O VPO Matru Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi  aged 39 years old  was going to his home by his M/Cycle (HP29A-1772) and when he reached at Dharmer in the mean time  Ritesh Kumar lost control over his M/Cycle and fell down from the road about 15 feet downwards due to which he succumbed to his injuries on the spot.   ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Padhar is investigating this case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND ACT TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF  WOMAN.

2.      Case FIR NO 150/16 dated 5-10-16 U/S 341, 323, 509 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of a lady resident of Village Gunash, PO Shikawari, Tehsil Thunag, District Mandi HP that on 4-10-16 at 6.00 am when she  alongwith  her husband was present  at Kutla in the mean time a person known who is doctor in Sanjeevani Clinic came  there by  car, used filthy language  and beat her up along with her husband. HC Sarwan Kumar No 917 I/O PP Janjehli is investigating this case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION  

3.      Case FIR NO 151/16 dated 5-10-16 U/S- 341, 323, 355, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Yogesh Guleria that on 4-10-16 when he was going to Thunag and reached near Kutla, Leela Ram parked his car on the road. On this he made request to Leela Ram to move his car to view to give him safe passage. On this  Leela Ram abused him, tone his shirt and also beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 140/16 dated 04/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dimple Kumar S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Kandhidhar PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/10/2016 he along with other 18 persons namely Sh. Dola Ram S/O Dharam Singh Village Kadhi Dhar PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi Age 13 years, Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Narayan Singh Village Gudhah age 24 years, Miss Hansa Kumari D/O Dhani Ram Village Kandhi Dhar age 15 years, Miss Raksha Devo D/O Dhani R/o Kandhi Dhar age 16 years,  Miss  Nirmla Devi D/O Duni Chand R/O Kandhi Dhar age 15 years, Miss Pinki D/O Jhabe Ram R/O Kandhi Dhar age 16 years, Miss Punam D/O Jhabe Ram R/O Kandhi Dhar age 17 years, Miss Pratibha D/O Shanta Kumar R/O Joka Nali age 11 years , Miss Seema Kumari D/O Kumar Singh R/O Jaka Nali Age 20 Years, Miss Saroja D/O Uttam Chand R/O Joka Nali age17 years, Miss Poja D/O Uttam Chand R/O Joka Nali age 17 years, Mr. Rohit S/O Duni Chand R/O Kandhi Dhar age 14 years, Mr. Kushal Singh S/O Deep Ram R/O Kandhi Dhar age 13 years, Mr. Sunil Kumar S/O Santa Kumar R/O jJoka Nali age 12 years,  Mr. Narender Kumar S/O Jhabe Ram R/O Gudhah Age 9 years, Mr. Harjender Kuamr S/O Tula Ram R/O Kandhi Dshar age 8 years, Mr. Mohinder S/O Hukam Chand R/O Kandhi Dhar age 8 years and  Mr. Amar Jeet S/O Jhabe Ram R/O Kandhi Dhar age 8 years were coming back from Shikari Mata temple to his home at Kandhidhar by a vehicle (HP32A-3524) which was driven by Bhag Singh driver of said vehicle and when they reached at Katandha driver Bhag Singh lost control over said vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and it rolled down about 150 feet downwards and all above occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATVIES

5.      Case FIR No. 269/16 dated 04/10/2016 U/S 498A,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bharti W/O Sh. Pushap Raj R/O VPO Sakroha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that her brother-in-law Balak Ram and sister-in-law Leela Devi and daughter-in-law Seema Devi abused her oftenly and also beat her up. So on 01/10/2016 she consumed some poisonous substance. She was rushed to Z.H. Mandi for treatment from where she referred to IGMC Shimla where she recorded her statement on 04/10/2016 and this case has been registered which is being investigated by HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Balh. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 171/16 dated 05/10/2016 U/S 452,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Badehar PO Mohanghati Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 08.30 AM his elder brother Prittam Singh @ Pappu beat him up along with his wife Promila Devi and they sustained injuries. ASI Ranjeet Singh I.C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 275/16 dated 05/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Besri Ram S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Vill. Thour Julain PO Nauvahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/10/2016 Manoj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR No. 276/16 dated 05/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumari W/O Sh. Ghanshayam R/O Vill. Dhalwan Tehsil Baldwara that on 04/10/2016 Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Birbal was abused her and her daughter-in-law. ASI Kulmesh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

9.      320 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 39,600 /- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
