CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 275/16 dated 29/10/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC Yash Pal No. 114  I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 29/10/16 he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials at Saula  NH-21 and during the course of  nakkabandi he recovered  150 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Jagdish S/O Sh. Tej Ram R/O Nangcha PO  Bandrol Tehsil Sadar District Kullu (HP)  aged 25 years old.  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  HC Yash Pal No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh .

CASE  OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 276/16 dated 29/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar  that on 29/10/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tippari  Galu and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750 M.L. illicit liquor  from the possession of Amar Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Jai Dev Vill. Kushmal, PO Satetar, Tehsil Kotli, Distt. Mandi (HP) . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI  Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No.  277/16 dated 29/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar   on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Shailu Ram R/O Riur, Tehsil Balh District Mandi  aged 51 year old that on 29/10/16 he was coming by  HRTC Bus(HP65-4691)  which  was on its route  from Majhwar  to Mandi and  when they reached near Bharon, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP28B-0804) came rashly from Mandi side  and collided with said bus due to   negligent riding . In this incident  rider along with pillion rider  sustained injuries.  ASI  Anand Kishore is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 4         Case FIR No.  278/16 dated  30/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Deepak Yadav S/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O Lower Bijani PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that today when he was present near Bijani, in the mean time a Truck(HP24B-7015)  which  was driven by  Kamlesh  Kumar , came rashly and negligent  from Mandi side  and hit to a Motor Cycle(HP33D-5579) &  Car(HP33D-5641),  tried to run away  from spot  and   about 500 meter  ahead said   Truck  fell down 10 feet downward from road at Bijni Nala. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said  truck.  Driver along with conductor of said truck sustained injuries in this mishap. HC Ravi Kant No. 02 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 30/10/16 U/SD 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur by ASI  Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur that on 29/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kanda and during the course of patrolling he recovered  27000 ML Country  Liquor  fom the possession of  Jai Pal S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Kusri PO Baroti Tehsil Dharampur District Mandi (HP). ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 149/16 dated 29/10/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71  I.O. of PP Pangna that on 29/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Pangna Bazaar  and  during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand was laid on the road by Dharam Parshad Sharma S/O Roop Chand Sharma VPO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi(HP)  which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Ranjeet Singh  No. 71 I.O. of PP Pangna is investigiatng the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

7          Case FIR No. 264/16 Dated 30/10/16 U/S 289,323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint  of Ramesh Kumar S/O Bhajnu Ram R/O Tarot PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunder Nagar(HP)  that on 29/10/16  pet dog  of Pawan kumer bite him and  he sustained injuries.  Case is being investigating by ASI Krishan Lal I/O PS SNR

 

CHALLANS

8          169  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26,100/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 1 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4700/-   was recovered during last 24 hours.
