CRIME REPORT ON 30 SEP

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 262/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rikhi Dutt S/O Sh. Nota Ram R/O Dahanu PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/2016 at about 4 PM he was going to his home and on the way Tek Chand R/O Dahanu obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Bodh Raj I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 245/16 dated 29/09/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Kotli that on 29/09/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotli Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Tek Chand S/O Sh. Nalvatru R/O Karnap PO Dhawan Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 274/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 186,187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Chand R/O Vill. Bhai PO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/2016 a nano car (HP28-9043) came very rashly &  negligently, hit  M/Cycle (HP28-8626) & M/Cycle (HP28-6561) and riders of these both M/Cycles sustained injuries and driver of said car namely HUkam Chand sped away from the spot. ASI Kamlesh Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case. .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 107/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Dass R/O Vill. Jalla PO & Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that Devi and his son Hem Singh, Rewati Ram and his daughter-in-law Guddi Devi entered in his courtyar and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBANDS RELATIVES, MARRY AGAIN DURING LIFETIME OF HUSBAND/WIFE & HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 247/16 dated 29/09/2016 U/S 498A,494,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Ram Dei W/O Sh. Mahajan Singh R/O Vill. Chalouni PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband and her father-in-law and mother-in-law beat her up and her husband also not paid her money for her livelihood on monthly basis. Her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law also solemnized another marriage of her husband with another female namely Puja without her consent. ASI Jeet Singh I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 248/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Lobhi Ram R/O Vill. Halyatar PO Daeshra Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/2016 he was crossing NH 21 near PWD Rest House Sundernagar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP28A-5277) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh Guleria No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ARREST OF OBSTRUCTION BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APREHENSION

7.     Case FIR No. 166/16 dated 30/09/2016 U/S 224 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C P.P. Ladbharol that on 29/09/2016 a person namely Balbir Chand S/O Sh. Dalip Chand R/O VIll. Maman PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) was arrested by him U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. and said person could not taken to P.S. Jogindernagar as he was arrested during night hours. At about 4.30 AM on call of nature said  accused person go outside under custody of HHG Brij Lal No. 6-3-91 where said accused person pushed to HHG Brij Lal and managed to ran away from the police custody. ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C P.P. Ladharol is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

8.     340  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 60,600/-   was  recovered, 40 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.4000/-   was   recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.11,500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
