EYE TESTING CAMP FOR DRIVERS

1. Today Mandi Police organized free of cost eye testing camp for the drivers of all kind of vehicles near bypass Mandi with the collaboration of Z.H. Mandi &  Banga Eye Hospital Gutkar.  Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) inaugurated the said camp. 127 drivers of all kind of vehicles were examined by the team of doctors. Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS, Addl. S.P. Mandi and Sh. Hitesh Lakhanpal, HPS, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs.) Mandi were also present on the occasion.

    

  CASE OF NDPS ACT

2        Case FIR No. 241/16 dated 23/09/16  U/S 20  & 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by HC Tek Chand No. 03 of P.S. Sunderangar  that  today  he was on patrolling alngwith other police officials at Chamukha and during the patrolling  he recovered 424 Gram  Cannabis( Charas) from the possession  of Sandeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O Ward No. 9 Gali  No.2  Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 26 years old,  Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Desh Raj R/O Ward No. 9 Gali  No.2  Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 27 years old, Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh. Birbal Dass Ward No.6 Gali No. 5 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 26 years old, Jaswir Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh Ward No.8 Gali No.9 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 34 years old  & Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh. Mahinder Singh  Ward No. 8  Gali No. 12 Balmiki Basti VPO Rampuraphul Tehsil Phul Batindha (PB) aged 28years old,  who were   travelling  by  vehicle(PB11BA-9557). All accused have been arrested  and  they are being produced before the Ld Court and HC Tek Chand is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 242/16 dated 22/09/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in   P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Hem  Raj  I/C of PP Pandoh that on 22/09/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country  Liquor from the possession of  Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O  Tundhla PO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP).  ASI Hem Raj I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

4        Case FIR No.  243/16 dated 22/09/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Anand Kishore  I/C of PP City   that on 22/09/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Bir-Lag Badi Gumanu Chowk and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 5  Liter illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O House No.183/4 Suhadda Muhalla, Sadar Mandi (HP).  ASI  Anand Kishore  I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.   

CASE OF HURT

5        Case FIR No. 136/16 dated 22/09/16 U/S 324 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of   Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Yuv Raj R/O  Manshana PO Chouridhar Tehsil  Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16 when she was working  in her kitchen , in the  mean time  her husband  came in the influence  of alcohol and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Tej Singh No.55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the  case.

CASE OF HURT

6        Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S  324, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh.Uma Dutt  R/O  Shanahu PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP)  that on 02/09/16 when she was cutting   grass in her  field, in the mean time  Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Gagan Ram R/O Shanah came alongwith her husband  and they both  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Tej Singh  No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

7        Case FIR No.105/16 dated 22/09/16 U/S 323, 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sunderangar  on the complaint of   Guddi W/O Sh. Ram Sharan R/O  Chandpur PO  Bori Tehsil Tilhar District Sujanpur(UP)  presently residing in the house of  Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Khariri Tehsil Sunderangar District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16  Ram  Pal  beat her alongwith her sister namely  Bhagwati and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Tarsem Singh  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

8          Case FIR No.268/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Gadhyani PO Rakhoh  District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16  Sunil Kumar resident of the same locality  obstructed her  way, beat  her up and also threatened her with dire consequences.HC  Vijay  Kumar No.866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES 

 

9        Case FIR No. 79/16 dated 23/09/16  U/S 498(A) IPC has  been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt.  Parveen Kumari  W/O Sh. Vipan Kumar R/O  Ghadyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  she was married  with   Vipin Kumar  S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Gadhyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP). But  after some time of marriage her husband started to haras her physically and  also by demanding dowry.  HC Vijay Kumar No.866 I.O. of  P.S.  Dharampur  is investigating the case.   

 

CHALLANS

10      328   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 41,700/- was recovered and  48  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 5350-/was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
