CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1        Case FIR No. 228/16 dated 10/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Saunu Ram  S/O Sh. Jethu Ram R/O  Sukka  Koon P.O. Sehli, Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that  on 09/09/16  Brij  Lal  &   Rebeti Ram  both are the resident of same locality, obstructed  his way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

2        Case FIR No. 229/16 dated 10/09/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of   Sh. Brij Lal  S/O Sh. Mast  Ram  R/O  Sukka Koon PO Sehli Tehsil  Kotli District Mandi (HP) that  on  09/09/16  Saunu Ram, Ved Ram and Narender all  the resident of same  locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and  he  sustained  injuries.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE  ACT

 

 3       Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 09/09/16 U/S  39  of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by   ASI   Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials at  Shingari and during the course of patrolling he  recovered  5 liter illicit liquor  from the possession of  Pinku  Ram S/O Sh. Birbal R/O Shingari PO  Kunnu  Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4       424 Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs. 47,400/- was recovered  21 Challans  were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and 03 Challan were  issued under Mining Act  and  fine of  Rs. 11,600/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
