 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 1       Case FIR No. 237/16 dated 19/09/16 U/S   341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Shashi  Kant S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O  Alsu P.O. Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/16  Hem  Chand S/O Sh. Sunder Ram   resident of  same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained  injuries and he  also threatened him with dire consequence.  HC Girdhari  Lal No. 30  I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 2       Case FIR No. 254/16 dated  18/09/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Bagla PO  Nagchalla Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/16  a four  wheeler (HR39C-9729)  came rashly and hit a Motor Cycle(HP33C-0272)  as result  rider of  said  Motor Cycle sustained injuries.  ASI  Khalil Ahmed   I.O. of  P.S.  Balh  is investigating the case.

 3        258 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.51,300/- was recovered and 22 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.2200/-  was recovered  and  1 challan  was issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs.4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
