CASE OF ND&PS ACT.

1.     Case FIR No. 238/16 dated 16/9/16 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by SI Ram Lal I/O of PS Sadar that on 16/09/16 at 5.00 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Sukibain  on NH-21 and during the checking of a HRTC Bus (HP 66A-1473) he recovered 371 gram Cannabis from the possession of  Yashwant Singh S/O Sh.Hukam Ram R/O village Dhingli PO Thachi Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi HP. SI Ram Lal I/O PS Sadar is investigating this case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No.135/16 Dated 16-09-16 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh Shyam Dass R/O Vill Baag, PO Mahog, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi HP that on 15.09.2016 at about 11.30 PM when he was coming  his home and reached  near Bhandhal in the mean time one person namely Baldev R/O Nabala obstruct his way, beat him up  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  SISunil Kumar, SHO  PS Karsog is investigating this case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No.  158/16 dated 16-9-16 U/S 452, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh.Puran Singh R/O Bagla PO Balhkwar,  Tehsil lad-bharol District Mandi HP that on 15.09.2016 at 9.00 PM when he was present along with his wife in their kitchen in the mean time Roop Singh S/O Sharwan Singh R/O Bagla PO Balhkwar, Tehsil Ladbharol, District Mandi HP entered his kitchen and beat him up along with his wife and both sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I/O PP Ladbharol of PS Joginder Nagar is investigation this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

4.     Case FIR No. 134/16 Dated 16/9/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Sarthak Gupta S/O Sh. Onkar Gupta, R/O V.P.O & Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi HP that on 16/9/16 at  about 09.00AM he was going from Sanarli to Karsog  by scooty  (HP 30A-1025) and when he reached near Kutti in the mean time a Pick-up (HP 30-8006) came from Karsog side very rashly and negligent which was driven by Khush Pal and hit his Scooty  due to which he sustained injuries. ASI Mohan Joshi I/O PS Karsog is investigating this case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT.

5.     Case FIR No. 237/16 dated 16/9/16 U/S 39 Of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sadar by ASI Anand Kishore I/C PP City that he was on patrolling along with other police official at Jail Road Mandi &  during  patrolling he recovered 7 bottle of English wine from the possession of Kamal Gularia S/O Sh. Joginder Gularia R/O H.No.37/3 Jail Road Mandi. ASI Anand Kishor I/C PP City I/O PS Sadar is investigating this case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

6.     Case FIR No. 160/16 dated 16.09.2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Joginder Nagar on the complaint of a woman  R/O Village Narohali, Post office Gangoti Tehsil Ladbharol District Mandi that her younger cousin sister who was presently residing with her at her home was missing during the intervening night of 15-16/09/16 and she searched out her everywhere.  HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I/O PP Ladbharol of PS Joginder Nagar is investigating this case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS,  INTENDING TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF WOMEN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 159/16 dated 16-9-16 U/S 451, 509, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of a Lady R/O Village Bagla PO Balhkwar Tehsil Ladbharol, District Mandi HP that on 15.09.2016 at about 08.00 PM when she  was at her home in the mean time Amar Singh S/O Sh. Puran Singh R/O Bagla PO Balhkwar, Tehsil Ladbharol, District Mandi HP came in her courtyard, abused her by using obscene words and  also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O PP Ladbharol is investigating this case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

8.     Case FIR No. 263/16 16/09/2106 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Doh PO Chowk Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that his brother-in-law Dharam Pal tortured his sister Smt. Sanjana and due to his harassment his sister committed suicide. SI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. City Hattli is investigating the case.

9.     179 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25,500/- was recovered and 14 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1400 /- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued during last 24 hours.
