 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

1. Case FIR No.77/16 dated 20.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharmpur on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sukh Karan R/O VPO Kothuwan, Tehsil Sandhol , District Mandi HP that on 19.09.2016 at 4.00 PM when he was going to his home in the mean time Duni Chand S/O Keshav Ram R/O VPO Kothuwan obstruct his way  &  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O VPO Kothuwan  also came their and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. ASI Chiranji Lal I/C PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

    CASE OF OBSTURCTING WAY, HURT, RASH AND NAGLIGENT ACT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No 103/2016 Dated 19-9-2016 U/S 341, 323, 336, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Smt. Himachali Devi W/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Village Kabdhiyana, P.O. Kot-Khamradha Subtehsil Aut District Mandi (H.P.)  that on 19/9/16 her step Mother-in-law Smt. Bhansru Devi W/O Late. Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Kabdhiyana PO Kokhamradha , Subtehsil Aut  District Mandi obstruct her way and beat her up and pelted the stone  upon her and also threatened her with dire consequences . HC Anil Kumar No 33 I/O P.S Aut is investigating this case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

   3          Case FIR No.  140/16  dated  19/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of  Smt.  Bhuma Devi  W/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O  Kunsot PO  Jachh Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/16  her mother Bimla  Devi  alongwith  her Aunt  Tulsi  Devi were present at  Chailchowk Bazar  for waiting the bus and at about  3:35 PM  her  Aunt  while  crossing  the road, in the mean time  a Car (HP33A-5959)  which was  driven by  Karam Singh  S/O Sh. Vishwesher Singh   R/O  House   No.  132/12   Ram Nagar   Mandi   came rashly  from Gohar side and hit her Aunt  as a result  her  Aunt sustained injuries.   ASI  Roop Singh   I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

   4          Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 19/09/16 U/S  39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Ranjeet Singh  I/C of PP  Ghatta that he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of  patrolling   he  recovered  1825 ML  Country  Liquor  from the Possession of  Hem Raj S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O  Bhagehar Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP). ASI Ranjeet Singh  I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

    

   CHALLANS

    5          347  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 38,200/- was recovered and 20 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.2000/-  was recovered  and  4 Challan  was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
