CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 24/09/2016 U/S 279,337,427 IPC and U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Pal S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted as driver in HRTC Depot. On 24/09/2016 he was on duty with a HRTC bus (HP66A-1485) and when said bus reached near Dawada, a truck (HP31B-7141) came from Kullu side towards Mandi very rashly & negligently which was driven by Suraj S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and hit his bus while driver of said truck  was overtaking from wrong side, sped away from the spot and due to hit of said truck his bus rolled on the road and  said truck also hit another HRTC bus (HP66A-1474) of Kullu Depot which was on its way from Pathankot to Kullu due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said truck. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.   

     

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 25/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Rishi S/O Sh. Ratti Chand Rishi R/O Vill. Chakala Gawasi PO Rahua Tehsil Kritiyanandnagar  Distt. Purnia Bihar that he is working with contractor Bhupender Pal Mahajan and on 24/09/2016 he along with his co-worker namely Likhi Rishi S/O Sh.Chendakhari, Sanjeet Ku,ar S/O Sh. Mahender Rishi, Mohammad Nishad S/O Sh. Shekhlu Kuman, Gurudev S/O Sh. Manoj Rishi boarded a tipper (HP65-2135)  and when said tipper reached near Jural link said tipper rolled down from the road and they all sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said tipper. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 80/16 dated 25/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Hukkal PO Laungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/09/2016 he was going from Dhamapur Bus Stand to Bypass Dharampur, on the way a tractor (HP74-3596) came from Sarkaghat side hit him and sped away from the spot towards Seoh road. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 243/16 dated 24/09/2016 U/S 452,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Sanho PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/2016 she was present in her home along with her daughter, in the mean time Neelam Thakur came there beat her up along with her daughter and she also abused both of them. Inspr. Lokender Negi SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 244/16 dated 24/09/2016 U/S 452,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Neelam Thakur WO Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Sanho PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/2016 Rama Devi, Bimdiya Thakur and Om Prakash entered in her home, beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Hanrbans No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 271/16 dated 24/09/2106 U/S 452,354D(I),355,511,504, 506,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of  Vill. Kohan PO Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 23/09/2016 she was present in her home, in the mean time Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Dhandev resident of the same locality came there, assaulted the complainant, threatened her and also tried to outrage her modesty. SI Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

7.      172  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22,700/- was recovered, 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.2200 /-was  recovered  and 5 challans were  issued  under  Mining  Act and  fine of Rs. 9200/-   was  recovered during last 24 hours.
