  CASE OF  CRIMINAL  BREACH OF TRUST.

1. Case FIR No. 225/15 Dated 1/9/16 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Karam Singh R/O Syah, P.O Lohara, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi HP that complainant handed over his Vehicle(HP 33 B-1234) to Raju Sharma and Sandeep but  they  both sold his vehicle without the consent of complainant. Insp Lokender Negi SHO  of  P.S. Sundernagar is   investigating this case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 226/15 Dated 01.09.16 U/S 354A, 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the Complaint of a lady Village Borat P.O. Seri Kothi Tehsil, PS Sundernagar District Mandi HP that on 31-08-16 at about 5.45 PM one person namely Sh. Dina Nath  came  alongwith  his wife,  enter in her courtyard and tried to her outrage her modesty and beat her up and they  also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Slapper  is investigating this case.

CASE OF  HURT

1. Case FIR No 99/16 dated 31-8-2016 U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been resisted on in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tehal Singh S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O V.P.O & Tehsil Aut  District Mandi HP that on 27.08.2016 owner of hotel Sh. Durgu Ram and Hemi beat him up and  he sustained injuries `. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I/O PS Aut is investigating this case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

1. Case FIR No. 236/16 Dated 01.09.16 U/S 366A, 354A, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the  a girl R/O Village Chhatru, PO Kummi, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi, HP that on 29.08.16 she alongwith  her  friend  went to school G.S.S.S. Kummi and time  at about 10.30 AM with the permission of their class teacher they went to Hospital to got check-up their self, while they were on the way to the hospital,  in the mean time two persons namely  Rakesh S/O Nikka Ram, Vishal S/O Ranjeet  both are the resident of  Kummi  came by  a    vehicle and obstruct their way and kidnapped them  and  also outrage their modesty  and  they  started shout  as a result  kidnapper abandoned them and  sped  away  alongwith their vehicle from the  spot .  ASI Vinod Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

CHALLANS

5          345 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 39,300/- was recovered  and  24 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered and 02 challans were issued under mining Act and fine of Rs. 7500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
