CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 

1        Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 04/09/16 U/S  279, 337, 304A  IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in  P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Om Chand  S/O Sh. Jai Singh  R/O  Nalhog  PO  Baryana Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that on 04/09/16  he was   coming   from Himri Ganga  by  Motor Cycle and Sh.Totta  Ram was also coming towards Mandi side by  another  Motor Cycle(HP33A-5745) and when  they reached near Bhatog, in the mean time  a Jeep(PB06J-3299) came from Mandi  side very rashly and negligently  and  hit to  the  Motor Cycle of  Sh. Totta  Ram  and  sped away  from the spot. In  this incident Sh. Totta  Ram  sustained injuries,   admitted to Zonal Hospital Mandi from where he was referred to PGI  Chandigarh but unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries on the way to Chandigarh.   HC  Thakur Singh  No. 31  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2       Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 05/09/16 U/S  279 IPC has been registered in    P.S. Padhar  by  ASI  Chattar Singh I/C of PP Kamand that  after receiving  telephonic  information   he  rushed to the spot  nearby Horse Farm and  found that a Scooty (HP33D-7317)  was lying on the road which was fallen due to rash & negligent riding but owner/rider of said scooty was not present there.    ASI  Chattar Singh  I/C of PP  Kamand is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

 

 

4        Case FIR No. 253/16  dated  04/09/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat   by  Khub  Ram  S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Bharnal (Balar) PO  Baldwara  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/16  Ramesh Chand    came alongwith  his wife  Anita Devi  resident of same locality , obstructed   his way and beat him up and   also  threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Jamal  Deen  No.4  I.O. of  PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF DEATH  DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 

5   Case FIR No.100/16 dated 04/09/16  U/S 336, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yashwant  S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O  Bharech PO  Presi Tehsil Nihari District Mandi (HP) that  on 02/09/16  his uncle  namely  Dharam Dutt R/O  Bharech PO  Presi Tehsil  Nihari District Mandi  (HP) were  cleaning the car at  Charkhari, in the mean time  car moving backward and  one tyre  of said car compressed his  belly and he sustained injuries and   they took him to IGMC  Shimla  for  further  treatment . On 03/09/16  his uncle  died  due to his  injuries at IGMC Shimla.  ASI  Pushap Dev  I/C of PP Nihari is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

 

6        Casen FIR  No. 129/16 dated 05/09/16 U/S 451, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog in the complaint of Sh. Beenu Ram S/O Sh. Jiynu Ram R/O  Paliyun PO  Shorsan Tehsil  Karsog   District Mandi (HP) that on 04/09/16 Thakur Dass  resident  of same locality entered in his courtyard  and  beat  him up and also threatened  him  with dire consequences.  ASI  Amar  Singh  I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

7        Case FIR   No.  240/16 dated 05/09/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of  Sh. Hem  Chand S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O  Tamroh Chontra Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP)  that on 04/09/16  Anant  Ram  resident  of same  locality  obstructed  his  way and  beat him up and   also threatened  him with dire consequences. HC  Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

 

8       Case FIR No. 241/16  dated 05/09/16  U/S  341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Yadav Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O  Patha (Ropa) PO  Khakhriyana Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that  on  04/09/16  Lucky  S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O  Patha (Ropa) PO  Khakhryana  obstructed   the  way of his son   namely  Narender Kumar and beat him up and also  threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Bodh Raj  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

9        Case FIR No. 242/16 dated 5/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Smt.  Ahlya Devi W/O Sh. Ramu VPO  Sakroha Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 05/09/16  Dinesh  Kumar came  alongwith  his mother  Sita  Devi , obstructed  her way and beat her up.  ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.   162 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 21500/ - was recovered and 17  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered and  1 challan  was issued under Mining  Act and  fine of Rs 4700/- was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
