CASE OF NDPS ACT

1     Case FIR No. 256/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S  20 of  NDPS Act has been       registered in  P.S.  Balh  by  Insp. Sanjeev Sood  SHO of P.S. Balh that on         21/09/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Garodu and during the course of  patrolling he recovered  103  Gram  Charas  (Cannabis)  along with  Rs. 85,930 /-  from the possession of Naresh Kumar @ Nishi S/O Gurdev Vill Garoudu PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  Insp. Sanjeev Kumar Sood  SHO of  P.S. Balh.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2        Case FIR No.  78/16  dated 22/09/16  UJ/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur  by  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 61  that  he was    on patrolling  along with other police officials  and during  the course  of   patrolling he  recovered 60 Gram  Charas (Cannabis)  from the possession of  Kashmir Singh S/OSh. Bakshi Ram VPO  Dahrampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distict          Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is   being           carried out  by HC  Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Dharampur. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No.255/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Kaushik Thakur S/O  Sh. Dinesh Thakur R/O Patyani PO  Barikhamni Tehsil Balh District  Mandi (HP)  that  he is    studying in 10+2 class at  Govt.  Sr. Sec. School  Bhangrotu . That  on 21/09/16  his class  teacher  namely  Rakesh Kumar  obstructed  his way and    beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No.49  I.O. of          P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.257/16 dated 22/09/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O        Syanh PO  Lohara Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 22/09/16  he was     going  towards  Baggi  by his  Car( HP33C-8078)  and when  reached  near          Lohara, in the mean time  a Bus(HP65-2881) came rashly  from  Baggi  side           and hit his car as a result  he sustained injuries.  ASI   Khalil Ahmad I.O. of    P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6       Case FIR No. 266/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Koushlya Devi  W/O Sh. Prithvi  Raj   R/O  Chhatar PO  Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on  21/09/16  she was present  in her home, in the  mean time  Sanjay Kumar   resident of same locality came alongwith his  family  members &  entered in her   courtyard  and beat her up  and   she sustained injuries.  They also threatened her  with dire consequences.  HC  Vijay  Kumar  No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7        Case FIR No. 142/16 dated 22/09/16  U/S  354, 323, 506, 34  IPC has been      registered in P.S.   Gohar on the complaint of   a   person R/O  Sampal PO  Chattri Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that         on 21/09/16  he  along with his family  were   going to home and at about 8 PM when they reached near  Chimti Nala, in the mean time  a Car (HP02M-0241) came  from Janjehli side  and  driver  of said  car  came  out  along with his friend and tried  to outrage   modesty of his  daughter  and they also beat them  up and they sustained  injuries and also threatened  them with dire consequences.  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917  I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case. 

CHALLANS

8        226 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 34,400/- was recovered and  11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/-was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
