CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No.  88/16 dated 20/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Magender Singh S/O Sh. Tek  Chand R/O  Bambola PO  Segli Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that  on 20/09/16  Dine Ram,  Mani  Ram, Pappu Ram and Tikme Ram  obstructed  his way, beat him up and  he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with  dire consequences. ASI Chattar Singh I/C of PP Kamand is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 240/16 dated 20/09/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of  Sh. Dheeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Tej Singh  R/O  Chadyara PO  Gutkar   Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on  20/09/16 he was present in his home, in the mean time he heard loud noise  and  he came out  from his home   and found that a Truck(HP11-2930) hit  his  home.  This  incident occurred due to rash and negligent  driving by  driver of said vehicle . SI  Vikash Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING  AND FORGERY

 

 3         Case FIR No. 241/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S 420,   465, 467, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Singh S/O  Late. Sh. Tara Singh  R/O  House No. 122/12 Ramnagar Mandi (HP) that  Jaswant Singh  S/O Late Sh.  Tara Singh  R/O  House No. 122/12 Ramnagar Mandi   made  forged   document  to get the land  at Chadyara  on the name of  Amar Singh  S/O Sh. Gurbakash, however  Amar Singh   has died  during  the year 1990 and  sale deed showing   the Amar Singh.  ASI  Kishori  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 163/16 dated 20/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of   Smt.  Anu   Devi  W/O Sh.  Manjeet Singh  R/O  Rihali PO  Tramat  Tehsil  Lad-Bharol District Mandi (HP) that on  19/09/16  Sumna Devi, Surrender Kumar , Ankesh Kumar  all the resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up  and  she sustained injuries and they also  threatened her with  dire consequences.  HC   Mangat Ram  No. 898  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.  

 

 CASE OF CHEATING

 

5          Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 20/09/16 U/S  420  IPC has been registered in  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that  Karam Chand R/O  Kamand PO  Chowki  Tehsil  Nihari District Mandi (HP)  that  Luxman Dass S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O  Kamand  PO  Chowki Tehsil Nihari District Mandi (HP)  retired  as a secretary  from  Mangarh Co-operative  Sabha    but   during his  joining  he had produced  a false   Date  of  Birth  Certificate.   ASI  Pushap Dev  I/C of PP Nihari  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RAPE  AND CRUELTY  BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

 

6          Case FIR No. 238/16 dated 20/09/16 U/S  452,  376, 498(A) , 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of   a  lady R/O  Dinak PO  Kanaid Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that her husband   serving   at  abroad .  On  22/05/15 her brother-in-law entered in her room  and  raped her.  Her  husband did not sent  her expenditure from last one  year . Now her husband came back home   and regularly harassing her physically and mentally and her  father-in-law & brother-in-law also  outrage her modesty .  All the family members   threatened her  with  dire consequences.  SI  Nand  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 7         Case FIR No. 239/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Titlu Ram R/O  Dhandhrash  PO  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 21/09/16  Lala  Ram  S/O Sh. Chuhru Ram R/O  Dhandhrash obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI  Krishan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF RIOTING , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR No. 240/16 dated 21/09/16 U/S  147, 149, 452, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashiya Khatun W/O Sh. Mehar Ali R/O  Dinak PO  Kanaid  Tehsil   Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/16  her sister-in-law came alongwith her  relatives  and  beat her up and  they also threatened  her  with  dire consequences.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No.  265/16 dated 21/09/16  U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ranjeet Singh  S/O Sh. Durga Dass VPO  Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  today  Balwant Singh, Banita Devi &  Malka Devi  entered  in his home, beat  him up and   he sustained injuries.  ASI  Trilok Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 10        448  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 59400/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 1 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
