CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 31/01/16 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S Karsog, on the complaint of Smt. Kaushyla Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj Village Mehran, PO Sapnot, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/16 she was on his way, in the mean time Kishori Lal, Nirmla Devi and Roshani Devi obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Ashok Kumar I/O of PS  Karsog is investigating the case. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 01/02/16 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat, on  the complaint  of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Sh.  Mast Ram Village Tamlehad PO Bahant, Tehsil Baldwara, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  31/01/2016 at about 8:30PM  Surender Pal came to her courtyard and beat her up and  also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3.      Case  FIR No. 09/16 dated 31/01/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Aut, by ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Balichowki  that  on  31/01/2016 at 10:00 AM  he was on traffic Checking along with other  Police officials  at place Shililarji and during the course of checking   he recovered 1KG Charas from the possession of Avtar  @ Tari   S/O Sh. Meet Ram Village Denoval, PO Bawin, Tehsil Garhshankar, Distt Hoshiarpur(Punjab), who was coming from Larji to Aut Tunnel with a carrying  bag. ASI Jeet Ram I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 01/02/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Balh, by SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh  that on 31/01/16 at about 11:25 PM he was on Nakabandi alongwith other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 235 Gms, 270 Gms & 270 Gms Charas respectively from Gurpreet Singh S/O Harmel Singh R/O Village Landeke, Tehsil & District Moga Punjab, Pavitar Singh S/O Sh. Krishan Singh R/O Moga Punjab and  Tarsem Singh S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Village Purana Bazar Moga Punjab. All of the above were travelling in Punjab Roadway Bus (PB10DM-8069) which was on its  route from Manali to Ludhiana. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 01/02/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered  in PS Sundernagar, on the complaint of Sh. Saunu Ram S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Tarot, PO Kanaid, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi (HP) that on  31/01/16 at about 8:30 PM a Car (HP31B-1055) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit to Mr. Sandeep Kumar and ran away from the spot. HC Tek Chand I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 

CHALLANS

6.      141 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 14900/- was recovered and 48 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4800/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- Was recovered during last 24 hours.
