CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 47/16 dated 17/02/2016 U/S 279,337,338 IPC & U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered in PS Balh on the statement of Miss Neetu Kumari D/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Village Jajrout, PO Balt, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 17/02/2016 at about 03:05 PM she was coming from her School Gurkotha, in the mean time an unknown car hit her.  HC Raj Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 18/02/16 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Village and PO Dhalwan, Tehsil Baldwara, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/16 at about 01:00 AM a motorcycle  met with an accident near Kolani Dhalwan and a person namely Chaman Lal age (40) S/O Sh. Nanak Chand Vill. Gudh Majhwari, PO Upper Bhambla, Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi died in this accident.  HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 17/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar by SI  Manmohan Singh Sandhu that on 17/02/16 at 10:30 PM he was present at Lalit Chowk in the mean time a  motorcycle (HP33A-6405) came from Bus stand side towards Bilaspur very rashly and fell on the road. Rider  Brij Lal S/O Sh. Guriya Ram V&PO Baggi, Tehsil Balh, Distt Mandi (HP) sustained injuries. SI Manmohan Singh Sandhu I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 32/16 dated 18/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar that today at 09:50 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 bottles of beer and 02 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Chamel Singh S/O Sh. Kola Ram R/O Gaharu PO Ropri Kalehru, Tehsil Ladbhadol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Ladbhadol is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 33/16 dated 18/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar that today at 12:00 noon he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gangoti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 08 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Deep Kumar S/O Sh. Keval Ram R/O Vill. Patrain, PO Gangoti, Tehsil Ladbhadol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Ladbhadol is investigating the case.

.CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR N0 48/16 dated 18/02/16 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the statement of Sh. Hitendar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O vill. Syanh, PO Lohara, Tehsil Balh, Distt Mandi (HP) that he was present along with his friends near post office Dudar road Mandi in the mean time four persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sanjeev Kumar  I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION    

7.      Case FIR No. 46/16 dated 18/02/16 U/S  341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Kali Dass Village Chowk, PO Brarta, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/02/16 Daler Singh R/O Ropari Dhar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Devender Singh  I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

8.      8.        243 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25600/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was                                                     recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
