CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No.16/16 dated 24-02-16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Bhayanshru Ram R/O Vill. Tihri, PO Silahbudhani, Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23-02-16 he along with his family had gone to a marriage ceremony at Sunku Ram's home and  at about 10:30 PM Man Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Surajmani Milkhi Ram and all resident of Graman came there and beat him up, his son Lal Singh and Sunku Ram. They also broke the window and door glasses of  their house and threaten them with dire consequences. In this incident Lal Singh and Sunku Ram sustained injuries. HC Dhani Ram I/O PS Padhar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY RIOTING

2.      Case FIR No. 52/16 dated 24-2-16 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Subhash Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Sita Ram VPO Lambagaun, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, Distt. Kangra (HP) that he is a driver in HRTC Depot at Sarkaghat and  on 24-2-2016 at about 10:15AM he  was on the route from  Sandhole to Sarkaghat by Tihra and when he reached at Cholthara an Alto Car  (HP28-8788) was standing in the road and  Bandna Guleria came there along with 15-20 ladies and obstructed the road. ASI Rajesh kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 24-02-16 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Judhya Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh Village Jaboot ,PO Upper Bhambla, Tehsil Baldwara, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24-02-2016 time about 8:30AM she was present near Jaboot in the mean time  Shankutla Devi obstructed  her and beat her up. She also threatened her with dire consequences.  SI Ashwani I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 23/2/16 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sadar by ASI Anand Kishor  that on 23/02/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kehanwal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500ml country liquor and a half bottle of English wine from the possession of Bablu Kumar S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Vill. Vayar PO Tilli,  Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI Anand Kishor I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 54/16 dated 23/02/16 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act  has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by  ASI Chattar Singh  that on  23/02/2016  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kassan and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3000 ml English wine  from the possession of   Sunil Kumar S/O Balam R/O Vill. Banoun, PO Khalanu,  Tehsil Kotli, Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Chattar Singh  I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6.      Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 23/01/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindenagar on the complaint of Sh, Kehar Singh S/O Late Sh.Man Singh  Vill. & PO Tramat, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that Hans Raj S/O Sh Madan Lal R/O Jhalwan, PO Sheru, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi has installed a Rehdi at Bir road on  NH 154 in front of his shop. Which was causing obstruction to general public as well as traffic. HC Desh Raj  I/O PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 23/02/2016 U/S 03 of SC/ST Act and 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Narpat Ram S/O Late Sh. Chhitru Ram R/O Village Mandal, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 23/02/2016 at about 01:25 PM  at Nerchowk, Chaman Lal and his son Sunny R/O Dan PO Baggi, Tehsil Balh, Distrtict Mandi beat him up and they also threatened him and abused him by caste.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.      Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 23/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 of  MV Act has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Jalaj Saini S/O Sh. Prakash Chand Saini R/O VPO Lohara, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 23/02/2016 at about 6:45 PM he was going on feet towards Bagla along with his grandfather  in the mean time a Red Color Neno Car hit his grandfather and fled away from the  spot. SI Vikash Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

9.      Case FIR No 45/16 dated 23-02-16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Brijesh Sharma R/O Haripur, PO Chatrokhari, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi (HP) that two persons namely Rajiv Sharma and Arti Mitter of ICICI Bank asked  him to deposit 2,75000 and after 15 days they offer him to give 782000 and  he deposited the cash 2,75000  in the  account in PNB. After that he checked his account and  his account  found Nil.  Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10.  Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 23/02/2016 U/S 354A, 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of Nagrota PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 08/02/2016 at about 09:00PM she was crossing the road near GSSS Baldwara along with her family. In the mean time Shashi Sharma S/O Sh. Amar Nath resident of the same locality abused her and caught her from her hand with intention to outrage her modesty. SI Ashwani Kumar Incharge PP Hatli is investigating the case.

11.  292 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 34600/- was recovered and 30 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3000/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
