CRIME REPORT ON 12 FEBRUARY 2016


CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 18/16 dated 12/02/16 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur, on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O Sakoh, PO Sidhpur, Sub. Tehsil Dharampur, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/16 he was coming from Bus stand Dharampur in the mean time Sunny S/O Karam Chand R/O Trayambli PO Longni, obstructed him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony, on the complaint of   Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Ahadu Ram R/O Vill. Sehard, PO Sayanji,  Tehsil Sundernagar,  Distt Mandi (HP) that on  11/02/16 at about 5:30 PM  he was at Khatarwari  in the mean timePrem Kumar and his Father Dass Ram obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequendces.  HC Vinod Kumar  I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 33/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sundenagar,  on the complaint of Smt.  Kalasnu Devi W/O Late Sh. Khidu Ram  Village Jaral, PO Jugahan, Tehsil SunderNagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that today  at 8:30AM  She was working in her fields  in the mean time Ankur @ Mangal S/O Sh.Gurudwara Ram Village Jaral PO Jugahan, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) came there beat her up and she sustained injuries. He also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Nand Lal I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 42/16 dated 11/02/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi, on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal S/O Lekh Ram R/O Vill. Maseran, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  11/02/16  he was coming by his Car (HP58-7380) alongwith his cousin from Chail Chowk to Village Maseran and at about 2:30 PM when they reached near Rakhoon his brother who was  driving lost control on the car and car fell down about 40-50 meters.  In this accident  both of  them sustained injuries. HC Yash Pal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case  FIR  No. 26/16 dated 11/02/16 U/S 279,337,338,304A IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Hari Ram  R/O Vill. Machrotli, PO Bar, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 10/02/16 at 06:30PM he was going to his home from Gohar by his Mahindra Pikup No. (HP32A-2904) and  Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Surajmani R/O Vill. Bataser PO Bassi, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) Age 30 year was driving the Jeep. When they reached at place Banaun Nallah, driver lost control on it and  fell down from the road . In this accident driver Roshan Lal declared dead by the MO at ZH Mandi and he sustained injuries. ASI Surender Kumar  I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No 26/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by Insp. Amar Singh that on 11/02/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sainthal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8250 ML Country Liquor and 4500ML English Wine from the possession of  Joginder Pal S/O Sh. Parma Ram  R/O Kohra PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP). Insp. Amar Singh SHO PS Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 11/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in  PS Padhar by  SI Vinod Thakur  that on 11/02/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kuffri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Hari Singh S/O Sh. Pirshahi Ram R/O Vill. Dhawanidhar PO Kuffri, Tehsil Padhar, District Mandi (HP). SI Vinod Kumar SHO PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8.      315 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27900/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
