 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No.18/16 dated 02/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  SI  Kuldeep  Kumar  I/C of  PP Ghatta  that  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at Kohra and during the course  of  patrolling he  recovered   3000 ML  Country Liquor from  the possession of  Lachhman  Dass S/O  Sh. Moti Ram  R/O  Sainthal  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Kumar I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2          Case FIR No. 32/16 dated 03/02/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tarapati S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O  Syal PO Gagal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/16 he was going to his home  by  his   Car , in the mean time  Nikku Ram  came there obstructed  his way and beat  him up  HC Raj Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 3         Case FIR No.  12/16 dated 03/02/16  U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jawand Singh  S/O Sh. Jas Pal Singh  R/O  House No. 154/12  Ram  Nagar  P.O. Mugwain  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/16  he  was going  towards Bhunter by  his Car(HP65-3711)  and when he reached near  Aut Bazaar, in the mean time a JCB(HP66-1630) came rashly from opposite side and hit his  car.  HC Hari Singh  No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the  case .

  CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 02/02/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Vipin S/O Sh. Hari Ram  R/O  Kandi Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra(HP) that on  02/02/16  Shyam Lal , Subhash and  Golu  obstructed  his  way   and  beat him up  and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Prabhakar I.O.  of  PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 CHALLANS

1.  279 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 46000 /- was recovered and 22 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered and 2 Challans were  issued under Mining  Act and fine of Rs.9200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
