CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 22/02/16 U/S 341, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Besar Ram S/O Sh. Dhanthu Ram R/O Saploh PO Kadhayad Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  21/02/16   he was going to his home , in the mean time  Yadvinder S/O Sh. Sarwan R/O Saploh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and  also  threatened  him  with dire consequences.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2              Case FIR No. 52/16 dated 22/02/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Anand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar  that  on 22/02/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  near  Paddal and  during the patrolling  he recovered   3375  ML  Country Liqour  from the possession of Sharwan Kumar S/O  Amar Singh  R/O House No. 260/13 Paddal Muhalla Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) . ASI Anand Kishor I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING

3          Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 23/02/16 U/S 420  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Brijesh Sharma R/O Haripur PO  Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   two persons namely  Rajiv Sharma &  Arti Mitter  of ICICI Bank  asked him  if  he shall   deposted  Rs. 2,75000/-  in   their  account  of   PNB Bank  then  they  will  be   gaven  Rs . 7,82000 after  15 days to him .  On this  complainant   depostied  Rs. 2, 75000/-  in  his account  of  PNB  Bank  after  some  time  that he   checked his account  and   there is  Nil  amount in his said account .  Insp. Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigaitng the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 42/16  dated 22/02/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar   by  ASI  Sharwan Kumar  I.O.  P.S. Sundernagar  that on 22/02/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Bharjwanu and during the course  of patrolling he recovered  5 Liter  illicit liquor  from the possession of Smt Chinta Devi W/O Sh Sanjay Kumar R/O Vill Bharjwanu P/O Jugahan Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi(HP) .  ASI  Sharwan Kumar I/O PS Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 54/16 dated 22/02/16  U/s 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Sh.  Vikas Thakur S/O Sh.  Baldev Singh R/O  Nerchowk  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/02/16  he was coming  towards  Nerchowk  from  Sundenagar by  Motor Cycle  (HP31E-0236)  which was ridden  by   Ravinder S/O Sh. Jagat Ram  R/O  Nerchowk  Distt.  Mandi and when reached  near  Neelam Dhaba ,  suddenly a  cow  came in front  of  Motor Cycle   and   rider   of said  Motor Cycle r lost the control on the Motor Cycle  as  a result   Motor Cycle  fell  down on the road and they both  sustained injuries.  ASI  Lakshmi Chand  I.O.  of P.S.  Balh  is investigating the case. 

 CHALLANS

 6          194  Challans  were issued under M.V. Act and fine of  Rs. 26,900/- was recovered  and  15 challans were issued under COTPA  and fine of Rs. 1500 /- recovered  and  2 challans  were issued under  Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
