CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 20 of  ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi  by Insp. Chet Singh Bhangalia that on 12/02/2016 at about 6:45 pm he was on Nakabandi at Bhiuli Chowk along with other Police Officials and  during  Nakabandi he recovered  520g charas from the possession of  Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Jile Singh H.No. 777C Ajay Nagar, Rewari Haryana.  Insp. Chet Singh Bhangalia SHO PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF SC&ST ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 20/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 03 of  SC &ST Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony, on the complaint of Smt.  Bejanti Mala W/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Village & PO Haraboi, Sub-Tehsil Nihri, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/2016 her son along with other children were coming to home from their school but on the way a shopkeeper namely Narayan Singh S/O Sh. Sita Ram cast Rajput R/O Haraboi abused her son on caste publically.

CASE OF FORGERY, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

3.     Case FIR No 40/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 420,406,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Labli Patyal S/O Sh. Kuldeep Chand Village Gadhyani, PO Rakhoh, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that Jatin Pal Singh, Inderbir Sudan and Pradeep Dogra promised him that they will sent him to foreign country Kosovo and in this behalf he deposited Rs 7,66,300 in their account but they did not send him to Kosovo till now. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND TRESSPASS

4.     Case FIR No 41/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 341,447,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Basanta Ram R/O House No. 216, ward No 4, Sarkaghat  that on  12/02/2016 Raghu Ram and his wife entered in his land and beat him up and his son and they sustained injuries. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No 42/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 451,323,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raghu Ram S/O Sh. Basanta Ram R/O Village Ramnagar, ward No. 02, Sarkaghat that on 12/02/2016 Nek Ram and his son entered in his home and beat him up and his wife and they sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

6.     Case FIR No. 43/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Punit Sharma S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Village Purani Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 at about 6:00 PM he was at Dillu Chowk, in the mean time Chadershekar and Rahul R/O Village Sakroha beat hem up and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 12/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Village Chambi, PO Padhiyun, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that 12/02/2016 at about 6:15PM  he was going along with his friend Vipan Kumar by his car (HP33ET9507)  and when they reached near Bhangrotu a Car  (HP02K-0576) came  from Nercowk Side very rashly and hit their Car. ASI Shamsher Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the cas.

CHALLANS

8.     260 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 32900/- was recovered and 25 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2500/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
