CASE OF KIDNAPPING
1. Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 07-02-16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kumar Chand S/O Devi Chand R/O Dharwar PO Shankar Dehra, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that his niece who was studing in 10th class at GSSS Shankar Dehra went to School on 06-02-16 but she did not come back to home till now. He Searched her everywhere but could not traced out. He suspect that Brij Mohan @ Pinku kidnapped his niece. SI Gopal Singh I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 08-2-16 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Param Dev S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Kalshakra, PO Lambathach, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07-02-16 at about 5:30 PM he was present at his home in the mean time Bhupinder Singh called him out from his home, obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also abused and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 40/16 dated 08/02/16 U/S 341,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP City Mandi that on 08/02/16 at about 12:15PM three Persons namely Desh Raj S/O Sh. Dalip Sharma R/O Gawad PO Baggi, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP), Nikka Ram S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Chakkar, PO Gutkar, Tehsil Balh, Distt Mandi (HP) & Brijesh Kumar S/O Sh. Beni Madhav R/O H. No. 236/2 Purani Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed the NH 154 at Purani Mandi for 15 Minutes. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELITY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
4. Case FIR No 39/16 dated 07-02-16 U/S 498A IPC has been Registred in PS Sarkaghat on the Complaint of Smt. Nazma Begum,W/O Sh. Sadik Mohd. Vill-Nagla, PO-Fatehpur, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi (HP) that she was married with Sadik Mohd. S/O Sukardin on 04-05-2014 and after her marriage her husband always demanded dowry from her and he kicked out her from his house. SI Manmohan Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 38/16 dated 07-02-16 U/S 341,323, 504 IPC has been Registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand Rana, S/O Surjan Singh R/O VPO Kango-Ka-Gehra, Teh Sarkaghat, Distt-Mandi (HP) that on 07-02-2016 at about 4:30PM Meera Devi W/O Sh. Sukhdev R/O VPO Kango-Ka-Gehra, Teh-Sarkaghat, Distt-Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up and also abused him. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR No 28/16 dated 08-02-16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Hari Chand S/O Sh. Karam Chand Village Arnot, PO Dharmod, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08-02-16 at 10:30 AM when he was going by his motorcycle and reached at Churag in the mean time a car (HP30-3429) hit his motor cycle and fell down on the road. ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7. Case FIR No. 22/16 dated 08-02-16 U/S 279,337, 338 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hira Lal S/O Lt. Sh. Gopal Das R/O Ward No. 05 Seri near Girls School Jogindernagar that he was going to Gas Agency at 01:45PM from his shop and when he reached at Police Chowk a truck (HP66-7385) hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 07/02/2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Late Sh. Sauju Ram R/O Village Dharwahan, PO Rattti, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that his 17 year old Son Jitender Singh who was studying in 10+2 Class at GSSS Bhangrotu is missing from home since 17/01/2016. They searched him everywhere but did not traced him out. ASI Tarsem Lal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
9. Case FIR No. 16/16 dated 07/02/16 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Lt. Sh. Bibtu Ram R/O Threhar, PO Peod, Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/02/16 at about 09:30 PM Vidya Sagar, Dila Ram, Kashmir Singh and Gian Chand entered in his house beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Prem Singh I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
10. 66 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 8800/- was recovered and 01 Challan is issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
