CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 30/16  dated 19/02/16, U/S 341,323,324,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Kutahandi PO Gohar, Distt Mandi (HP) that  on 19/02/16  her sister Kali Devi  was  on her way in the mean time  Asha Devi W/O Sh.  Narad Ram Vill. Bhagyar obstructed her way, beat her up and she sustained injuries. She also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS  Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 31/16  dated 19/02/16 U/S 323,324,IPC has been registered in PS Gohar  on the complaint  of Smt.  Asha Kumari W/O Sh. Narad Ram R/O Bhagayar, PO Chail Chowk, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  19/02/16 at about 10:15AM she was working in her fields in the mean time  Kali Devi came there and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Inder Dev I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 18/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by  ASI Rajesh Kumar that on 18/02/16 at about 04:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Syuri and during the course of patrolling he recoverd 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Shishu Pal S/O Sh. Khannu Ram R/O Syuri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 18/02/16 U/S 279 IPC & U/S 185 of M.V. Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Munshi Ram VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/02/16 at about 9:30 PM a turck (HP24D-4597) came from Batail side very rashly and hit his pick up jeep (HP28-1467) & (HP28-5797) which were parked on the road side.  HC Rajesh Kumar  I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

  1. 223 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26800/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
