CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No.17/16 dated 26-02-16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar, on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh Vill. Dalah, PO & Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26-02-16 at about 8:00AM Gulab Singh obstructed him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 26-02-16 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Chand Ram S/O Sh. Marchu Ram R/O VPO Sardhwar, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21-02-16  at about 03:00PM he was present at his place of work at Rewalsar in the mean time Shiv Ram S/O Kala R/O Durgapur, who is a sweeper in Nagar Panchyat Rewalsar  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. I/C PP Rewalsar.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 25/02/16 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC  has been registered in PS BSL Colony, on the complaint of Sh. Jmanu  Ram S/O Sh. Jagtu  R/O Vill. Dhar, PO Jai Devi, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on  25/02/16 at about 6:00 PM Dikka Ram and his younger brother Giri Singh  obstructed his way and abused and beat him up and he  sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar  I/O PS BSL Colony Sunder Nagar is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 18/16 dated 26-02-2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Aut,  on the  complaint of Sh.  Bhimi Ram S/O Sh. Het Ram  VPO Nagwain, Sub Tehsil Aut, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25-02-2016 at about 7:30 PM she was crossing the NH-21 road at Nagwain in the mean time an alto car  (HP33B-1195) came   from  Mandi Towards  Kullu side very rashly and hit with her and she sustained injuries. The above car was driven by Kham Singh S/O Sh.  Pune  Ram VPO Nagwain, Sub Tehsil Aut,  Distt Mandi (HP)  HC Yoginder Pal  I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 25/02/2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Balh, by Insp. Sanjeev Sood that on 25/02/2016 at about 07:50 PM, he was on patrolling duty along with other police officials at Gutkar and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 1003g Charas from the possession of Gaurav S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Village Roso, PO Sadhot, Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP), who was on Bike (HP86-5050). Insp. Sanjeev Sood SHO PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No. 58/16 dated 25/02/2016  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh, by HC Chaman Lal I/O PP Rewalsar that on 25/02/16 at about 01:15PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dehri Galu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 24 Bottles of Country liquor from the possession of Beli Ram S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O VPO Sidhyani, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) who was travelling in Private Bus ( HP65-1820) on route from Rewalsar to Nerchowk.   ASI Shamsher Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

7.      222 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 25500/- was recovered and 36 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3900/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 21000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
