CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 38/16 dated 7/02/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  SI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that  today he  laid a nakka  alongwith other  police officials at  Bindrabani and  during  the  nakabandi he recovered  204 Gram  Charas  from the possession of Anzar Rabani S/O Sh. Sameen Parvez R/O  House No.  439/02  Haripur  Mohalla Nahan  Distt. Sirmour  age 22 years old.  Accused has been arrested and  further investigation is being carried out by SI  Ram Lal  Investigation Officer Police Station  Sadar Mandi .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 35/16 dated 06/02/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Lalman R/O Leda Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/02/16  she alongwith her  husband  were  coming   back to  their home  and reached near Jakhedu, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP28A-3635) came rashly from  Leda side and  hit  to  her  as a result she sustained injuries  on her  left  leg.  SI  Sansar Chand  I/C  P.P. Rewalsar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 22/16 dated 07/02/16  U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Dagvahan PO Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/02/16  he was present at Chailchowk alongwith Balkrishan, in the  mean time  Deepu, Pawan Kumar and Veeju came there  and obstructed  their way and   beat  him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Chaman Lal  No.410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4          244  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 38,200/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered and 1Challan was  issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
