CASE OF  NDPS ACT

 

1    Case FIR No. 21/16 dated 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur   by  ASI Rakesh Kumar  incharge  of PP Sandhol  that  he was  along with other  police officials at Chambanaun near Kamlah Fort  and during patrolling he  recovered 75 Gram Cannabis ( Charas) from the possession  of Roshan Lal  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram VPO Nandi Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi (HP) .Accused  has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI  Rakesh Kumar I/C PP Sandhol.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT AND MISCHIEF

 

 2   Case FIR No. 24/16 dated 21/02/16 U/S 341,  323,  427, 355, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Ram Lal  S/O Sh. Ghanhiya Ram  R/O  Dadyana PO Ohar Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur  at   present  ASI  I.O. Police Station   BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 21/02/16  at about  8:50  PM  when he was  going  towards Chambi by   his Car( HP33C-5462) and when reached  near  Khatarwadi, in the mean time  Sumna Devi came alongwith her husband  namely  Dila Ram, obstructed his way and  beat him up  and also damaged   his  said car.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 20/02/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhupendar Singh S/O Sh. Nagender Pal  R/O  Lohari PO RandharaTehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 20/02/16  he was travelling by Private Bus(HP65-3325) towards  Mandi  from Randhara and when they reached near  Hanuman Mod , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP33A-8505)  came rashly   from  Mandi   side and struck with    said  bus as a result  rider & pillion rider  of   said Motor Cycle  sustained injures. ASI  Govind  Pal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4          Case FIR No. 50/16  dated 21/02/16  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  HHC Ranbir Singh  No. 737  I.O. of PP  Hatli that on  21/02/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Samaila Bazar and during  patrolling he found that   a heap of sand & concrete  laid  on the road  by  Madan Lal S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O  Samaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  which was causing obstruction to the general  public as well as traffic .  HHC Ranbir No.737   I.O. of  PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No.40/16 dated 20/02/16  U/s 341,  323, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Joghal Ram R/O  Luhnu PO  Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/02/16  at  about  4PM  he was   present  at   place  Chai-Ka-Dohra, in the mean time  Roop Lal  R/O  Samaon &  Pinku   R/O  Ravan came there  and obstructed his way and  beat him up and also threatened  him with  dire consequences. HC  Leeladhar No. 913  I.O. of PP  Dehar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF HURT

 

 

6          Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 20/02/16  U/S 325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Tarapati S/O Sh. Sukh  Ram R/O  Sihan PO Gagal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/02/16  he was going to his home alongwith   Ramesh  , in the mean time Ram ,   Sanju, Keshu, Biri Singh started   to beat  Ramesh  and  when he tried to escape him  then they also beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  HC Raj  Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.   

 

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,RIOTING AND N.H. ACT

 

7          Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 20/02/16 U/S 341, 143 IPC &   U/S  8(B) National Highways  Act  has  been registered  in P.S.  balh  by  SI Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 20/02/16  he  was  patrolling  alongwith  other police officials  at  Bagla  and during  patrolling he found that  7/8 persons namely Govind Ram S/O Nanku, Ganga Ram S/O Dumnu, Ramesh Kumar S/O Narayan Dass, Devi Singh S/O Sher Singh , Besar Ram S/O Bhikham Ram R/O Daundhi and Kishori Lal S/O Isher R/O Bagla  were protesting  against  the  construction  work of  four Lane  road  on the National Highway under   the leadership of  Desh Raj S/O Sh. Daleep Chand  Sharma R/O  Gawad PO  Baggi Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  as a result  NH-21  blocked  about    from 10/12  minute both sides .  SI  Vikas Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8          Case FIR No. 52/16 dated 21/02/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep  Chand I.O. of  P.S. Balh  that on 21/02/16  he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at Malwana and during the course of patrolling he   recovered  7  Liter  illicit   liquor  from the possession of Dagu Ram S/O Ghinder R/O Village Malwana PO Tikker Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

9          Case FIR No.  36/16   dated  20/02/16  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by HC  Anil  Kumar  No. 412  I.O. of PP  Lad- Bharol that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he  found  that  a rehari of vegetables was   laid on the road by   Dinesh Kumar S/O Prem R/O Vill Fatehganj PO & Tehsil Sirsi Distt Muradabad (UP) which  was     causing obstruction to general  public as well as traffic.  HC Anil  Kumar  No. 412  I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  192 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22000/- was recovered and 3Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
