CASE OF CRIMINALTRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 49/16 dated 20/02/16 U/S 451,323,506,34, IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Saju Ram Village Harkotha, PO Gahar, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi (HP)  that on 19/02/16 at about 7:30 PM,  Parma Nand and his son Gillu entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 19/02/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hardev S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O VPO Tihari, Tehsil Sadar,  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/02/16 at Tihri Bazaar a Maruti Van No. (HP34-1305) fell down from the road. In this accident driver Chamaru Ram S/O Sh. Prakshu Ram R/O VPO Tihri, and Fatu Ram VPO Tihri, who was also in the said car sustained injuries and admitted at CHC Kataula.  HC Karan Singh  I/O PP Kamand is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 49/16 dated 19/02/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal @ Vicky S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Vill. Gokhra, PO Baloh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/02/2016 at about 5:15 PM  he was going by an Auto (HP-65A-0492) at Gharan in the mean time a M/cycle No. (HP-29A-3868) came from wrong side and collided with said  auto and  Rider along with Pillion sustained injuries. HC Jagdish Chand  I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 33/16 dated 20/02/16, U/S -279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Souju Ram, VPO Sudhan, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/02/16 at about 2:00 AM he was coming from Janjehli to Slapper along with driver Sandeep Kumar by  Car  (HP31C-0846) and when they reached 03 Km ahead from Thunag then Sandeep Kumar lost control on the said car and fell down from the road. In this mishap driver Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal, VPO Dehar, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi died on the spot and Raj Kumar Sustained  injuries. HC Inder Dev I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

    

2. Case FIR No. 32/16 dated-19/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Gohar by SI Lal Singh that on 19/02/2016 at 05:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at place  Katlog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 liter  illicit liquor  from the possession of Hem Raj S/O Sh. Balbir Vill. Dugrai, PO Kot,Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh SHO of PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 19/02/16 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 184 of  MV Act has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O VPO Rewalsar, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is a work Inspector in PWD and on 19/02/16 he was on duty at Jakhedu  in the mean time a car (HP33C-4783) came from Sunder Nagar side and when reached at Jakhedu turn it fell down  near about 200/250 ft. In this accident driver of the car Suresh Kumar S/O Mast Ram R/O VPO Chunahan and two other  passangers sustained  injuries.  HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. Case  FIR No. 16/2016 dated 20/02/2016 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Aut by ASI Subhash Chand  that  on 20/02/16  he was on traffic checking duty along with other  Police officials  at place Jhalogi on N.H-21 and during the course of checking a Jeep (HP33T-9838) came from Aut side and recovered 500g Charas from the possession of Shyam lal S/O Sh. Shuka Ram Village Markhan, PO Jhatingari, Tehsil Padhar, Distt Mandi (HP) and Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Shuka Ram  Village Markhan, PO Jhatingari, Tehsil Padhar, Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash Chand  I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 203 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24300/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
