1 Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 21/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Bodh Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 21 /02/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dari and during patrolling he recovered 2 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Leela Devi W/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Dari PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Bodh Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 35/16 dated 21/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Bodh Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 21/02/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dari and during the patrolling he recovered 3 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Leela Devi W/O Tek chand Vill. Dari P.O. Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Bodh Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 21/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 21 /02/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhadyal and during patrolling he recovered 2 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Bhadyal PO Tikker Distt. Mandi . ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 21/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Jeet Singh incharge of PP Slapper that on 21/02/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sawal and during patrolling he recovered 5250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Saju Ram S/O Sh. Garga Ram R/O Sawal PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
5 Case FIR No. 22/16 dated 22/02/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Chand Lal VPO Dhawali Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/02/16 at about 11 PM Ajay Kumar, Vishal & Ram Kumar all resident of same locality , obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
190 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 23,900 /- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
