CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 04/02/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC  has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the Complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sita Ram VPO Binga, Tehsil Dharampur, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 04/02/16 at about 01:00PM  he was present at Bus Stand Sarkaghat in the mean time Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal Village Chuhru Ka Balh, PO Longani, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Kamal Kant  I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 20/16 dated 05/02/16 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on  the complaint of  Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Lachhu Ram Vill Satkhan, PO & Tehsil Chachiot,  Distt Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/16 at about 8:50 AM he along with his chidren was going  towards Chailchowk by his car and on the way Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram Vill. Satkhan, PO & Tehsil Chachiot,  Distt Mandi (HP)     obstructed his way & beat  him up and he sustained injuries. He also abused and threatened him. ASI Ashok Kumar  I/O  PS  Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 04/02/16 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog  on the complainant of Sh. Pal Singh S/O Sh. Diwan Chand Village Kalog, PO Kao, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/02/16 he was going  his home  in the mean time Durga Dass and his two sons  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Tej Singh  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 04/02/16 U/S 323,324,504  IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Lal Vill. Tipra, Tehsil Thunag, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 03/02/16 at about 5:30PM  his father Chaman Lal beat him up along with his mother and they sustained injuries. His father also  abused threatened him. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the  case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 04/02/16 U/S 20 & 29 of  ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by ASI Anand Kishor that on 04/02/16  he was on Nakabandi along with other Police officials  at Sukki Bain and during the course of Nakabandi he recovered 150 Gram  Charas from the possession of  Mandeep Thakur S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O  Tarhol PO Tadoun Tehsil Ghumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur, and Tribeshwar Singh S/O Sh. Ravinder Singh R/O Suhara Mohalla, Tehsil and Distt. Chamba  (HP) who were coming by  M/C (HP69-1089)  from Kullu to Mandi.  ASI Anand Kishor I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1. Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 05/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Aut  on the complaint of  Miss Bhavneshwari D/O  Sh. Lotme Ram R/O Tikker  PO Balu Distt Mandi (HP)  that on  04/02/2016  they are going to their village  by a car (HP34B-2057) along with Nirmla Devi, Sundru Devi, Kritika and driver Chunilal  S/O Sh. Ram Sharan R/O Dhool PO Balu and when they reached at Balu  the driver of said  car lost control from the car and  rolled down from the road  about 100 Miters. All the persons sustained injuries. SI Pritam Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 225 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 33400/- was recovered and 09 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
