CASE OF  NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 26/02/16  U/S 20 of NDPS ACT has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI  Hem Raj   incharge   P.P. Pandoh that on  26/02/16  he  laid a nakka along with other police officials at  Saula and    during  checking of Bus  (HP65-7284)    he recovered  510  Gram cannabis (Charas)  from the possession of  Naresh  Tamang S/O Sh. Aithya Tamang VPO  Bunsa Tehsil Manikhadka Distt. Sindhupal  Chowk(Nepal) who was  travelling    by said  Bus.  ASI  Hem Raj   Incharge  PP Pandoh  is investigating the case.  

    CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No.  56/16   dated  26/02/16  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Manoj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhup Singh VPO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 20/02/16  he was  coming by    Motor Cycle(HP33A-6712)  which was  ridden by  his friend   Dinesh Thakur  and  when they reached near  Rain-ki- Bai in the mean time a Car ( HP33E-9453)  came rashly   from behind  and hit them .  In this  accident  both  of them  sustained injuries .  HC Nirmal Singh  No. 45  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating  the case.

3. 262 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 38,300/- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
