CRIME REPORT ON 16 FEBRUARY 2016

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 21/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony,  on the complaint of Sh. Tenjin Migyang S/O Sh. Logshang R/O H. NO. 26 Tibetian Colony Nala Pani, PO Tapovan, PS Raipur, Tehsil & District Dehradun Uttarakhand, that on 15/02/2016 he along with his family were going to Rewalsar by his own car (UK07BB-6033) and at 04:15PM  when he reached near Sukhdev Vatika in the mean time a vehicle  (HP76-1828) which was driven by Arun Yadav came very rashly from Mandi side and collided  with his car and one person sustained injuries. ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 29/16 dated 15/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC  has been registered in PS Gohar, on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Kheem Singh Vill. Kathyala, PO Shilhibagi, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 15/02/16  he was going from Thnuta to Lambathach by vehicle (HP32A-3506) along with  driver Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Netar Singh Vill. Dughal, PO Gharkot, Tehsil Gohar, Distt. Mandi (HP) and at 6:30AM when they reached at  Thnuta curve driver lost control on vehicle  and fell  about  40-50 feet down from the road and both of them sustained injuries.  HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar, on the complaint of Sh. Nihal Singh S/O Lt. Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Kamehar, PO Chalarag, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 15/02/16 at 02:15 PM he was at Choo Bridge in the mean time a car (HP29A-6145) came and fell down from the bridge. In this accident driver Prem Chand age (70) S/O Lt. sh. Khajana Ram Vill. Choo, PO Chalarag, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi (HP) and his wife Champa Devi age (65)sustained  injuries and brought to CH Jogindernagar where Dr. declared both of them brought dead. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 46/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered  in PS Sadar, Mandi by HC Ram Singh that on 15/02/16  he was on Naka duty and at 7:30 PM he was coming back and when he reached at entry gate of bus stand Mandi on suspicion he carried out search of a person namely Pyare Ram S/O Sh. Tek Ram R/O Vill. Janna, PO Archandi, Tehsil and Distt. Kullu and recovered 323g  Charas from his possession. HC Ram Singh I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 16/02/2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Balh, by HC Dharmender that on 16/02/2016 at about 9:25 AM, he was on Naka duty along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of Nakabandi he recovered  1 Kg 18 Gms Charas from the possession of Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Fateh Singh R/O Village Drun, PO Ropa, Tehsil Padhar, District Mandi, who was travelling in Haryana Roadways Bus (HR68A-8331) which was bounder from Manali to Chandigarh.  HC Dharmender  I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

6.      Case FIR No.44/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 20 of ND&PS  Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat, by SI Satish kumar that on 15/02/16 at about 02:30 PM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at new bus stand Sarkaghat and during the course of patrolling he recovered 34g Charas from the possession of  Mukhtyar Singh S/O Sh. Muhal Singh Village Tatih, PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Satish Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

7.      Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 15/02/2016 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar, on the complaint of  Smt. Krishani Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Bhagat Ram  R/O Vill. Alsu, PO Dehar, Tehsil & PS Sunder Nagar,  Distt  Mandi  (HP)  that on dated 14/02/16 at 8:00PM  his grandson namely Vijay Kumar burnt her clothes. ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

8.      Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog, on the complaint of  a person resident of Village Kotlu, PO Nanj, Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi, (HP)  that he suspects that Tilak Raj S/O Parsas Ram Village Purana Bazar Tehsil Karsog, Distt. Mandi kidnapper his minor daughter on 14/02/16 from his home. SI Sunil Kumar SHO PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9.      257 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23400/- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 33900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
