POLLUTION CHECK UP CAMP

1. Today Mandi Police in collaboration with Competent, Automobile Company Ltd. Has organized a free pollution checkup camp today at Bye Pass Road, Mandi on N.H. 21.  Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Mandi inaugurated the said camp. Sh. Arjit Sen Thakur, IPS, ASP Mandi, Supervisory Officer Traffic Mandi was also present on the occasion.  Total 77 different type of vehicles got checked during said camp.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 28/16 dated 14/02/16 U/S 341,323,34 IPC  has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tikender Lal S/O  Sh. Jaivardhan R/O Vill. Bhaloti, PO Jachh,  Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/02/16 at 4:00 PM he was at Bhaloti in the mean time  Jayabanti W/O Sh. Hira Singh Vill. Badan, alongwith with two ladies obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 43/16 dated 15/02/16 U/S 325,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Sharma S/O Sh. Amar Singh Village Nagrota PO Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on  09/02/16 at about 06:00PM  Bhagwant Dayal, Manorama, Nisha and  Vidya Devi  all resident of Nagrota village beat him up and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequences.   I/C PP Hatli is investi gating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No 28/16 dated 14/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by Insp. Amar Singh that on 14/02/16 at about 05:45 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  in Jogindernagar and during the course of patrolling he recoverd 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Titla Ram R/O Vill. Balakrupi, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Amar Singh SHO PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 29/16 dated 14/02/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the Complaint of Sh. Nihal Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Bhaju Ram R/O VPO Chalarag, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on dated 14/02/16 at 03:40 PM  he was at Balhjolly in the mean time an A/F M/cycle which was ridden by  Lal Singh S/O Sh. Tavarsu Ram Vill Banai Har, PO Jalpehad, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi (HP) came very rashly and hit a lady namly Saroj Kumari W/O Sh. Prem Chand Vill. Balh, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Thakar Singh I/O PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 170 Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25000/- was recovered and 14 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
