CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 23/16 dated  28/02/16  U/S 451,  323,  504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of  Mal Chand  S/O  Late Sh. Kanhiya Lal  R/O  Bhoor PO  Jhangi Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  27/02/16  at about  7:30  PM  Youdhvir  Singh  S/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O Bhoor PO   Jhangi Tehsil Sandhol  entered  in his courtyard and  beat  him up and he  sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 61 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF MOLESTATION, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

2. Case FIR No. 27/02/2016 U/S 354,354A, 451,3232,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of Pung PO Chattrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/02/2016 Chiranji Lal resident of village Sihli tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 47/16 dated 27/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hima Ram S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O VPO Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) on 27/02/2016 a car came very rashly from Bilaspur side and ht Sudhir Kumar S/O Sh. Anil Kumar R/O VPO Kangoo who sustained injuries and driver of said car sped away from the spot. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 28/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar that today  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Barjohru and during patrolling he recovered 5 litters illicit liquor from the possession of Mani Devi W/O Sh. Bhima Ram R/O Vill. Barjohru PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 28/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Surender Kumar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bani and during patrolling he recovered 2 litters illicit liquor from the possession of Kewal Krishan S/O Late Sh. Kamal Dev R/O Bani PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 38/16 dated 28/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bani during patrolling he recovered 5 liters illicit liquor from Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Bani PO Chailchowk Dstt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh SHO P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 27/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanju Kumar S/O Sh. Laskari Ram R/O Vill. Sarauri PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkagahat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he along with his brother-in-law were going to home by their (A/F) M/Cycle and when they reached near Dangoinala, in the mean time a vehicle (HP28-8079) came from opposite side very rashly and negligently and hit  his M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. So this incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of vehicle (HP28-8079) which was driven by Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Tola Ram R/O VPO Laungani Tehsil Dharampur Dstt. Mandi (HP). SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8. Case FIR No. 57/16 dated 27/02/2016 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint Smt. Punam Sharma D/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Gamdhaul PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/02/2016 at about 6 PM a truck (HP 11A-1616) fell down from the road to the house of Chandermani S/O Sh. Shravan  Kumar. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

   CHALLANS

9. 211 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24,700/- was recovered, 21 Challans were issued under COTPA Act fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered and one challan issued under M1ning Act  during last 24 hours.
