CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 08/02/16 U/S 325,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Heera Lal R/O Village Nasdhara, PO Kufri, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) presently residing at Village Challakha, PO Bhangrotu, Tehsil Balh, Mandi (HP) that on 04/02/2016 at about 01:00 AM (Midnight), his neighbor beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Dharmender I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 23/16 dated 09/02/16 U/S 452,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kehar Singh S/O Sh. Ghanthu Ram Vill. Pasalhar, PO Chauntra, Tehsil Jogindernagar, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 08/02/16 at about 09:30 PM he was sleeping, in the mean time his nephew Nirmal Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand Vill. Pasalhaar, PO Chauntra, Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his room and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences. SI Kuldeep Kumar I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 08/02/16 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the Complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh Village Balahar, PO Kotli Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on dated 08/02/16 at about 6:00 PM Vimla Devi W/O Sh. Gobind Ram obstructed her way, beat her up and she sustained injuries. She also abused her. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investing the case.

4. 524 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 70100/- was recovered and 36 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3600/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
