CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 18/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today about 11.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sabji Mandi Dhanotu during patrolling he recovered 106 Gram cannabis/charas from the possession of Mohit Singh S/O Sh. Narinder Singh R/O Vill. Dulog PO Jiyuri (Tiyun) Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla aged 21 years old and Saurabh Rana S/O Sh. Yadav Singh Rana R/O Vill. Bah PO Gaggal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Both accused arrested. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 25/16 dated 10/02/2016 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Vill. Masrogli PO Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 he was working in fields, in the mean time Sohan Lal and Hukam Ram both are son of Sh. Bhadru resident of the same locality entered in his courtyard and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Om Prakash No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 10/02/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Durga Dass S/O Sh. Rawalu Ram R/O Vill. Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 he was working nearby his house, in the mean time Bresti Devi, Kaka Ram, Harish Kumar and Anil Kumar came beat him up and also used filthy language. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCRTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 40/16 dated 10/02/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kalia S/O Sh. Ghanshayam R/O Vill. Bhiuli PO Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 he was installing his canopy at Rewalsar Mela Ground, in the mean time Mahinder, Pinku came there and beat him up. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pinku S/O Dharam Chand R/O village Bhiuli PO Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 he was selling dart etc in his jeep (HP34-5407) at Rewalsar Mela Ground, in the mean time Kalia, Balbur and Ambi beat him up. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 42/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Nikku Ram R/O Vill. Sihan PO Gaggal Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/2016 at about 9 AM Sita Devi beat her up and she also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 11/02/2106 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram, Narpat Ram S/O Sh. Shesh Ram and Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O VPO Kathog obstructed his way and beat her up. HC Rup Lal No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 32/16 dated 10/02/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Thakur S/O Late Sh. Jiya Ram Thakur H. No. 119/A Ward No. 4 Sunderangar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/2016 at 07.30 PM a tempo (HP33A-6011) hit a M/Cycle (HP31-7407) and  rider of said M/Cycle Rahul Sharma S/O Sh. Kishore Kumar H. No. 70/71 Haripur Colony Sundernasgar  sustained injuries.   SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 17/16 dated 11/02/2016 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Jaffar Husain S/O Sh. Mohammad Rasial Malik R/O Vill. Bharath PO Ujainpur Tehsil & Distt. Doda (J&K) that Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Panjak Ram and Raman Kumar S/O Sh. Dina Nath R/O Maohad PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his quarter and beat him up  and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 25/15 dated 11/02/2106 U/S 447,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balam Ram S/O Sh. Khazana Ram R/O Thalihar PO Mattroo Tehsil Joginderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/02/2016 Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj entered in his land and abused him and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O .of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 174 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22,800/-  was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
