CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was patrolling alongwith other police officials at Phutakhal (Jhatingari) and during patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of English wine from the possession of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Baser Lal R/O Vill. Phutakhal PO Jhatingari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Vinod Thakur SHO P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Saragalu(Jhatingari) and during patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Saragalu PO Jhatingari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vinod Thakur SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY 

3. Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Kumari W/O Sh. Daya Nand R/O Vill. Khilda PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Khilda produced fake character certificate and joined Govt. job as pump operator in I&PH department. SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

4. Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Dass VPO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/02/2016 Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Vill. Kuthed PO Chailchowk Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar Mastana S/O Sh. Raj Mal Mastana R/O Vill. Upper Thati PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Traimbla PO Laungani entered in his house, beat him up and his sister and also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 13/02/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar Incharge P.P. Bassi he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and he recovered 4 bottles of English wine and 3 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Murari Lal S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O Khader PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7. 195  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 25,400/-   was  recovered, 16 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1600/-    was   recovered, 18 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9500/- was recovered and 15 challans were issued under Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act and fine of Rs. 7500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
