CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 26/16 dated 30/01/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC Tek Chand No. 03  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on  30/01/16  he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Kapahi link road  near BBMB  Lake  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  80  Gram  Charas (Cannabis) from  the possession of  Hira Lal  S/O Sh. Tek  Ram  R/O  Tandla PO Kaaies Tehsil  & Distt. Kullu (HP) age 35 years old .  HC  Tek Chand  No. 03  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No.  25/15 dated 31/01/16 U/S 39 of  HP  Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog that on 31/01/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Bhanthal  and during the course of  checking of Vehicle(HP14D T-4066) he recovered  792 Bottles  of Country  Liquor  & 72  Bottles of    English Wine from the  possession  of  Mitter Dev S/O Sh. Khima Ram R/O Segal P.O PauraKothi  Sub- Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi  (HP) &  Fateh Singh  S/O Sh. Nagu Ram R/O Segal P.O PauraKothi  Sub- Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 15/16 dated  30/1/16 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI Rajesh Kumar Incharge PP Bassi  that  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other  police  officials  at  Trembali  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Gopal Singh  S/O Sh Bhikham Ram  R/O  Trembali Tehsil Joginder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  Incharge  PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 30/16 dated30/01/16 U/S  451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Kharsi Hadyala PO Gagal Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  30/01/16  his son namely  Kushal Chand    &  daughter-in-law  Puspa Devi entered in  his Kitchen    and beat him up and   he sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish Chand No.36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 31/16 dated 30/01/16  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Kanchna Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O  Garli PO Gharwashra  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/01/16 she  along with  her husband, daughter   and other relatives  came to  Kotli by  Vehicle(HP86-0326) to attend  a  function  and when  they  returned to their  home  and  they reached   near  Lagdhar , in the mean time driver of  said vehicle  Santosh  Kumar lost the control on  vehicle  due to rash driving and  fell down   at about  15/20 feet downward  from the  road  and all  the passengers who were sitting on  said vehicle sustained  injuries .  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

  CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 14/16  dated 30/01/16  U/S  452, 323, 504 , 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dhameshwar S/O  Late. Sh. Dile Ram R/O Khayaldhar PO Pourakothi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  29/01/16   Netar  Singh  S/O Sh. Dile Ram  R/O  Khayladhar entered  in  his  home  and beat him up  along with his nice  and  also  threatened   them  with dire consequences. ASI  Khalil Ahmad  Incharge  of P.P.  Nihari is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 27/16 dated 31/01/16 U/S 447, 504, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Khajana Ram S/O Sh.  Tulsi Ram R/O  Gamohu PO Kangoo Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 28/12/15 three persons namely  Chet Ram,  Kalan Devi &  Naresh Kumar entered in his  and also  abused to him. HC  Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT

8          Case FIR No.  32/16 dated 31/01/16  U/S  324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Parveen Kumar S/O Sh.  Amrit Prasar R/O  Rakhoh  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  30/01/16   at  Dabrog  Samir Sharma came  alongwith  two persons, beat him up  and he sustained  injuries SI  Nardev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

9       148  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15000/- was recovered and 13 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
