Case FIR No. 07/16 dated 20/01/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Samkhetar, PO Kunnu, Tehsil and PS Padhar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/16 at 3:00 PM she was present in her courtyard in the mean time Jagdamba Devi W/O Sh. Dinanath R/O Vill. Samkhetar PO Kunnu, Tehsil and PS Padhar, Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in her courtyard and beat her up and threatened her with dire consequences and she sustained injurious. ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 20/1/16 at about 8:00PM he was going to Palace Colony along with his niece Palvi and when they reached near Skodipul in the mean time 2 persons came from ZH Mandi side, obstructed their way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. Chanol, PO Taleli, Tehsil Distt Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/16 at about 02:00PM he was coming from the house of Kushal Singh in the mean time Basant Singh obstructed his way and beat him up and also abused him and he sustained injuries. Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/16 at 04:30PM he was going his home in the mean time Kahan Chand and Lalit Kumar obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences and he sustained injuries. Case FIR No. 19/16 dated 21/1/2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Balh by SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh that on 20/01/2016 time about 11:30 PM he was on Nakabandi along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of checking he recovered 507 Gram charas from the possession of Mohd. Sohal S/O Mohd. Khalid R/O Village Teliwala, PO & Tehsil Doiwala Distt. Dehradun (UK). Who was travelling in HRTC Bus Him Gaurav Tata AC (HP66-1368), which bus was going to Chandigarh from Manali. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

Sanjeev Sood that on 20/01/2016 time about 11:30 PM he was on Nakabandi along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of checking he recovered 250 Gram charas from the possession of Mayur Dutta Ram Koli S/O Dutta Ram Koli, R/O Dandekar House, Barsova, Pandurang Ramla Marg Andheri (West) Mumbai and Pryag Fali S/O Hareshwar Fali R/O Fali House, Dongari Gali, Barsova, Andheri (West) Mumbai. Who were travelling in HRTC Bus Him Gaurav Tata AC (HP66-1368), which bus was going to Chandigarh from Manali. Insp. Sanjeev Sood SHO of PS Balh is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 18/16 dated 21/01/2016 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Jagat Pal S/O Rup Lal R/O Halyatar, PO Dusehra, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/01/16 he was in the marriage of Attar Chand's son and at about 8:00 PM he was going outside in the mean time a boy obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 15/16 dated 20/01/16 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh that on 20/01/16 time about 5:45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhangrotu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 04 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Pradeep Kumar S/O Subhash Chand R/O VPO Bhangrotu. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 17/16 dated 20/01/16 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by Insp./SHO Sanjeev Sood that on 20/01/16 time about 7:45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling he recoverd 04 Bottles of English wine from the possession of Sanju Sharma S/O Gurdev Ram R/O VPO Troh, Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp Sanjeev Sood SHO of PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT
The case FIR no. 19/16 dated 20/1/16 U/S 353,332,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajpal Sharma S/O Sh. Shali Ram village Karnohal PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that he is an employee of HPPWD at Padchhu that 20/01/2016 time about 4:15PM he was present at Padchhu in the courtyard of his office in the mean time Khannu S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar Village and PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) came there and beat him up and also abused. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
191 Vehicles were challaned under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 25900/- was recovered and 10 challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
