CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 09/16 dated 10/01/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Mandi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 185 Gram cannabis (charas) from an unclaimed bag. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S.Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 10/15 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 96 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Saran PO Dayota Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP). HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR NO. 11/16 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 279,336,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh.Beli Ram R/O Vill. Taru PO Jadol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/01/2016 a truck (HP65-8288) hit a scooty (HP31B-0685) and rider of said scooty Smt. Sapna W/O Sh.  Deep Singh R/O Vinayak PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  aged 35 years old and her son Master Ayush S/O Sh. Deep Singh R/O Vinayak PO Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 7 years old sustained injuries who were declared brought dead by the M.O. of CHC Sundernagar. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said truck Kansi Ram S/O Sh. Finnu Ram R/O Vill. Tali PO Jadol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajender Kumar incharge  of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sheetal S/O Sh. Jog Ram R/O Vill. Dawara PO Dobhi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 09/01/2016 a car (CH04L-9635) came from Sundernagar side and hit to his M/Cycle (HP33D-0746) and sped away from the spot. ASI Rajender Kumar incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 02/16 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 147,149,341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dharu Ram S/O Sh. Dharmu Ram R/O Vill. Gunash PO Sikawri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/2016 Leela Dhar S/O Sh. Man Dass, Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Man Dass, Narpat S/O Sh. Shyam Singh, Bhuwneshwari W/O Sh. Leela Dhar, Sedasi W/O Sh. Man Dass and Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Kuldeep all came with common intention and beat her up and also threatened to her. ASI Bodh Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 09/10/2016 U/S 451,354,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of a lady resident of village Kakru PO Sikawri Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/01/2016 at about 6 PM she was working in her kitchen, in the mean time Dharu Ram entered in her kitchen and tied to outrage her modesty and also threatened to her with dire consequences. HC Om Prakash No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 09/01/2015 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Late Sh. Kanaiya Ram R/O Cakli PO BBMB Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sanjay Kumar and  Sunil Kumar  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 15/16 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 451, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pramod Kumar Kaushal S/O Sh. Yoginder Pal Ward No. 5 Kunalag Gali Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/2015 Paro Devi D/O Sh. Hari Singh Pal Ward No. 5 Kunalag Gali Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his land and broke the railing and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

9. Case FIR No. 08/16 dated 09/01/2016 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar that on 09/01/2016 he was on patrolling along-with other officials at Pandoh bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Soni Sood S/O Sh. Mahesh Kumar Sood R/O Lower Pandoh PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) laid a rehari on road which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 111 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 13,500/-   was  recovered,   12 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1200/-  and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,200/- was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
