CASE OF  CHEATING

1    Case FIR No. 06/16 dated 07/01/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Aamaku Devi  W/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar  R/O  VPO  Nihari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that    her son drives the vehicle since  long  but he   has  not possessed  driving  license and  one day  Harish Kumar S/O Sh.  Shiv  Lal  R/O  Town  Jamuna Bhawan lower  Chakkar Shimla  met with her  and  he  said   if she  wants  to  make the  license  of her son  then she  will have  to pay Rs.10, 000/- and on this   she transferred  amount  of Rs. 10,000/-  from her  account to    the account   of Harish    Kumar  for said purpose but after  receiving the money  said Harish  put his  mobile  switch off  and she tried  so  many time  but  he could not  contacted  so far.   ASI  Khilil Ahmad  I/C of  PP  Nihari  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2    Case FIR No.  05/16   dated 07/01/16   U/S  451,  147,  323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint  of Sh.  Dalip   Singh   S/O Sh. Sukh Ram  R/O  Dharnda PO  Meramsit Tehsil  Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 07/01/16   Tulsi  Dass,  Het Ram,  Meena Devi , Dawarko Devi, Jagdish,  Dhyan Chand, Kamla Devi,  Lagga Devi , Kanta Devi   entered  in  his courtyard and  beat  him up  alongwith  his  wife  & Child and they sustained injuries and also threatened  them with dire consequences .  HC  Bhal Chand  No.  542  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

3    Case FIR No 08/16 dated 07/01/15  U/S   341,  323, 504,  506 , 427  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Tizil Walia S/O Sh. Rakesh Walia R/O  Bhadyal PO  Tikri Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 06/01/16   at about  6:30 PM Ritesh  obstructed his way and  beat  him up , threatened  him with  dire consequences and also  broke     his  car.  SI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4    Case FIR No. 09/16 dated 07/01/16  U/s 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Patti  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  05 Bottles  of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Achhar Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O  Patti PO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rajesh   Kumar   I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5      91   Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  9900 /- was recovered and 8 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 4600 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
