CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case  FIR No. 1/16  dated  01/01/16  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar   by  ASI  Hem Raj  I/C of PP Pandoh that  on 31/12/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Teen  Piple  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of   English  Wine &  12 Bottles of  Beer  from the  possession of  Kamal Singh  S/O Sh.  Joginder Singh  R/O  Upper  Pandoh  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Hem  Raj  I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No.  1/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur   by  ASI  Rakesh Kumar  I/C of PP Sandhol   that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Khundi Chowk and during the  course of patrolling  he recovered   7 Bottles of   Country Liquor  from the possession of  Ajay  Kumar S/O  Sh.  Sarfu Ram R/O  Gawaila PO & Tehsil Sandhol Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Rakesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3          Case FIR No.1/16 dated 01/01/16 U/S  341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Kuldeep  Kumar S/O Sh. Harnaam Singh  R/O  Bagher PO  Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he  is serving as  salesman  at wine shop    Beed Road . On  31/12/15 Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Suresh Kumar  R/O  Tramat &  Pankaj  came alongwith  one unknown person, obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Tarsem Singh  I/C of PP  Ghatta is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 362/15 dated 31/12/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC  &  U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal  S/O Sh. Sukhdev R/O  Dahundi PO  Bagla Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/12/15  at  about  6:15 PM  when he was  going   to his home  alongside the road  and when reached at Bagla, in the mean time  a Motor  Cycle (HP58-4734)  came rashly  and hit to him and   ran away from the spot.  HC  Ravinder Kumar  No. 863  I.O. of Balh is investigating the case.
