CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

1          Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 04/01/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Pandoh  by  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP  Pandoh that  on 04/01/16 he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Jiuni Road  and  during the course of patrolling  he found that    a rehri was  laid  on the road  by  Daya Ram  S/O Sh. Setu  Ram  R/O  Gadya Nala PO Pandoh  Distt. Mandi (HP) which  was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC  Jagdish  Chand  No.  36  I.O. of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 04/16 dated 05/01/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Pandoh  on the complaint of Sh. Tikkam Ram  S/O Sh. Inder Singh  R/O  Devari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/01/16  he was travelling  by   Sumo (HP01M-1042)   and reached    at Thatta, in  the mean time   driver of  said vehicle  namely  Tirth Raj  S/O Sh. Narad Ram  R/O  Deori Tehsil   Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  lost the control  on  said vehicle  due to rash  driving and fell downward from the road  and they sustained   HC  Jagdish  Chand  No.  36  I.O. of  PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3         Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 05/01/16 U/S  279, 337   IPC has been  registered in   P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Maheshwari Devi  W/O Sh. Niraj Kumar  R/O  Rakhota Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today   she  was  travelling  by Bus (HP65-0342)  which  was on  its route  Rewalsar to Sarkaghat  and reached near  Bhadroj in the mean time   driver of said  Bus lost  the control  on the vehicle  due to  rash  driving and   Bus fell   download  25/30  feet downward  from the  road  and  22 occupants   sustained  injuries in this mishap .  ASI Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4         Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 04/01/16 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Sh. Keshav Ram  Nayak S/O Sh. Narayan  Singh   R/O  Bhour  PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is a contesting  candidate of  Zila  Parishad   from Dhaban  Ward . On  04/01/16  he was  on   door to door campaign  then he found that   a person namely Prem Singh came alongwith a Vehicle(HP01M-1302)  and  threw  2 Boxes of Wine from the said  vehicle .  13 Bottles of   English Wine   and 07 Broken  Bottles   have been  found  on the spot  .  Insp. Sanjeev  SHO of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 55  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 7400 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
