CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

 

1.      Case FIR No. 11/16 dated 17/01/2016 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kaushalya Devi W/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O Village Kotlu PO Galama, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/2016 at about 6:15 PM, pet dog of Hans Raj S/O Sh. Madan Lal bit her. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 17/01/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Tayambla, PO Kathyaun, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/2016 at about 6:30 PM, Sukh Ram and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up. He sustained injuries. SI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 17/01/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O Village Tayambla, PO Kathyaun, Tehsil Balh, Distric Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/2016 at about 5:45 PM, Daulat Ram, Sanju and Bablu obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Raj Kumar  I/O PS Balh is investigating the  case.

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 17/01/2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Balh by  SI Vikas Kumar  that on 17/01/2016 at about 3:40 PM  he was on patrolling/nakabandi at Nagchalla along with other police officials and during the course of Nakabandi  search of a HRTC bus (HP66A-1577) carried out and recovered 1KG 5 Gms Charas from the possession of  Surat Ram S/O Sh. Bodhu Ram Village Hawai, PO Syan, Tehsil Bhuntar, District Kullu (HP). SI Vikas Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5.      Case FIR No. 8/16 dated 18/01/16 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC  has been registered in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of   Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Hira Lal  R/O Vill. Bali, PO   Behli, Tehsil Nihari, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/16 at about 6:15 PM he was present at Bali in the mean time Dharam Singh and his family members obstructed his way  and beat him up and his family. Due to this he, his wife and son sustained  injuries. They also threatened him and his family with dire consequences. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihari is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 8/16 dated 18/01/16 U/S 341,323,506,34  IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rameshwari  Devi W/O Sh. Mahender Kumar  R/O Bali PO Behli Tehsil Nihari Distt Mandi (HP) that on 17/01/16 at about 6:00 PM Mohan Lal, Man Singh and Hitesh obstructed  her way and beat her up. Due to which she sustained injuries. They also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Khalil Ahmed I/C PP Nihari is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ND&PS ACT

7.      Case FIR No.  18/16 dated 18/01/16  U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sundernagar by HC Nand Lal that  on  19/01/2015 at  1:30 PM he was on patrolling/Nakabandi along with other police officials at  Chamukh and during the course of Nakabandi search of a car (HR60D-9381) carried out and recovered  1KG 306 Gram  charas from the possession of car driver   Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Jagat Singh R/O Saghi Rohtak Distt. Rohtak (HR) & Sunil S/O Sh. Ramphal R/O H. No.     67 Block No. 01  Kard  The.  Ishrana Distt. Panipat (HR). HC  Nand Lal I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

8.       102 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15000/- was recovered  and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was  recovered and 06 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16300/- was recovered during last 24 Hours.
