CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No. 04/16 dated 03/01/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar   on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Hukam Chand  R/O  Majhoti PO Rohanda Tehsil Sunder Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on  03/01/16  his  father was  going  to home  and when  reached   near  Rohanda Bazar , in the meant time  a Scooter (HP33A-6502)   which was  driven by  Sunil  Kumar  R/O  Leda came  rashly and hit to  his  father and    sustained injuries.  ASI  Khalil  Ahmod  I/C of  PP  Nihari  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 01/16  dated 03/01/15  U/S 341,  323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Sidhu Ram  S/O Sh. Shyam Lal  R/O  Fanipara PO Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 31/12/15  he was  going to  his relative, in the mean time  Prem Singh  S/O Sh. Alam Singh  R/O  Gawad & Manoj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Iswar Dass  R/O  Fanipara  obstructed his way , beat him up and   also  threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Deep  Singh  No. 910  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 02/16 dated 03/01/16  U/S 279 IPC  &  U/S 187 MV  Act  has been registered in P.S.  Balh in the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand  S/O  Late. Sh.  Ram Ditta R/O  Bhour PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  03/01/16  he was going by his   Car (HP31A-9600)   from  Bhour to  Sai  and when reached  at Dadour, in the mean time a  Truck (HP13A-2125)  came rashly from   behind  and  hit his car and  ran away  from the spot .  HC  Naresh Kumar  No.  862  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT,  MISCHIEF AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 03/16 dated 04/01/16  U/S 336 , 427, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Leela Devi W/O Sh.  Mast Ram R/O  Ropa PO  Sheri Kothi  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   on 03/01/16  at  about  12 PM   Durgi  Devi W/O Sh.  Het Ram  R/O  Ropa  Distt. Mandi (HP)   pelted the   stones   on her house  and also  broke the  slate  of her home &  Mast   Ram  came  alongwith Neem Chand  threatened to her with  dire consequences.  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

5          Case FIR No. 04/16 datd 04/01/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC Leeladhar  I.O. of  PP  Dehar that  on 04/01/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Dehar and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a  Hydro Crane (HP24D-9030)  was parked  on the  road  causing obstruction to   the general public as well as traffic. HC  Leela  Dhar  No. 913  I.O. of  PP  Dehar is investigating the case.
