CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND IMTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 6/16 dated 15/01/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Yadav Singh S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Karnala PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/2016 at Bag Roop Lal S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Vill. Bag PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & UN-LAWFUL ASSEMBLY

2. Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O VPO Gumma Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Shimla (HP) that on 14/01/2016 he was present at Tattapani bridge and he    saw that Sh. Ram Swaroop Sharma, M.P. Mandi parliamentary constituency, Sh. Hira Lal and Sh. Joginder Pal both are Ex-MLAs along with other 25-30 poeples were seating on Shimla-Karsog road at Tattapani and obstructed vehicles at Tattapani towards Karsog and Shimla for one hour which is causing inconvenience to the general public. ASI Sahib Singh incharge PAR Tattapani is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,323,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kirat Ram S/O Sh. Jawalu  VPO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/2016 Krishan Lal and other six peoples obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 15/16 dated 14/01/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O VPO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/01/2016 Kirat Ram along with his six associate obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

5. Case FIR No. 5/16 dated 15/01/2016 U/S 3,11   Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by Inspr Amar Singh SHO P.S. Jogindernagar that a truck (HP65-2150) came from Mandi side and during the course of checking of said truck at Gatta barrier he found that 9 cows were loaded in said truck and these cows were being transported illegally(without producing any legal documents ) by Driver Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Kesri Thakur R/O Khiyuri PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) and Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Chilu Ram R/O VPO Dhaban  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Both accused have been arrested and bailed out.  Inspr Amar Singh SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
