CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 239/13 dated 31/10/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ishwar Dass S/O Sh. RamDittu R/O VPO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) driver of vehicle  (HP33B-0306) that on 30/10/13 he stopped his vehicle at Harabag nearby new Swagat Dhaba, in the mean time a truck (HP11C-2327) came from Bilaspur side and hit his vehicle. HC Ram Lal I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 239/13 dated 31/10/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at abour 03.10 AM a vehicle (HP01K-3343) met with an accident in which a person namely Sh. Chander S/O Sh. Subhash Chand sustained injuries and Sh. Ganga Singh S/O Sh.  Ram Singh R/O 102-39 Building No. 7 RTO Office JP Road Andheri (W) Mumbai 400058 died on the spot. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 163/13 dated 30/10/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Chand S/O Sh. Amar Chand R/O Vill. Kot PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Mulak Chand VPO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 275/13 dated 30/10/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Chand R/O Vill. Nalsar PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/13 30/10/13 Ramesh, Bhola and Anil obstructed his way at Nalsar Chowk and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 276/13 dated 30/10/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Nag Ram R/O Vill. Dawathu PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/13 Jitender Kumar obstructed his way at Nalsar Chowk and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 277/123 dated 30/10/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/13 Ramesh, Vijay and Ajay obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7.      85 challans were issued and fine of Rs.10,700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
