CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

1.     Case FIR No. 259/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Sukkakun PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Kappu S/O Gangu Ram entered in his kitchen and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE

2.     Case FIR NO. 236/13 dated 24/10/13 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajat Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Sayun PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Smt. Dolma Devi W/O Sh. Pritam R/O Vill. Trihami PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) jumped into Satlij river on 24/10/13 who was rescued by Govind Ram. ASI Brij Lal Inchage Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

3.     Case FIR No. 265/13 dated 24/10/13 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt Narvada Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Vill. Mandir Tanda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/10/13 Smt. Begmu Devi beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No. 266/13 dated 24/10/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Begmu Devi W/O Sh. Dhandev R/O VPO Mandir Tanda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/10/13 Narvada Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.     Case FIR No. 268/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt Pushpa Devi W/O Sh. Thakar Ram R/O Vill. Karnehra PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/13 Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Munshi Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6.     Case FIR No. 267/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Makbool Sussen S/O Sh. Alim Udeen R/O Bihar presently residing in the house of Sh. Hari Ram S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Kansa Chowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going to Galma and when he reached near Ratti, a M/Cycle hit him and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 269/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Indru Ram VPO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/13 he was going to PHC Rewalsar in the mean time a bus from Sheetla Bus Service came from Bus Stand side and hit Smt. Durgi Devi. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.     Case FIR No. 270/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Atul Devedi S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar Devedi R/O H. No. 142/5 Palace Colony Mandi that on 07/10/13 his father was going by a three wheeler (HP65-1009) from Mandi to Chakkar and when he reached at Gutkar a car (HP01M 1009) came from opposite side and hit said three wheeler. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9.     Case FIR No. 158/13 dated 25/10/13 U/S 447,452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dile Ram S/O Sh. Rohit R/O VPO Simush Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/10/13 Dulo Ram and his wife Pano Devi entered in his house damaged his construction work and also threatened to him. ASI Karan Singh Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

10. 76 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
