CASE OF ARSON

1        Case FIR No. 258/13 dated 21/08/13 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Devi Saran presently  residing as a tenant  House No. 110/13 Paddle Mandi that on 21/10/13  at about 11PM  some unknown persons burnt  his  Maruti van No.(HP33A-6768) which was  parked  near the House No. 258/13 . HC Rajmal No. 856 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investiagitng the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR  No. 231/13  dated 21/10/13  U/S 447, 452, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Jai Ram  S/O Sh. Shiv  Ram R/O  Ropa PO Bhojpur  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 20/10/13 at about 4:30 PM when he was working in his  land, in mean time  Kamlesh W/O Sh.  Brij Lal  R/O Ropa  PO Bhojpur  entered  in his land and  beat him up  by throwing the stone upon him and also   abused him.  HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S.Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 232/13 dated 21/10/13 U/S 325, 323, 504 , 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O Chakrot P.O. Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP)  that on 20/10/13  at about  7PM  Narender Kumar  resident of same locality  beat him up along with his wife. (Prob).  SI Surinder Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.  263/13 dated 21/10/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Karam Chand  S/O Sh.  Sunku  Ram  R/O Kaniad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/10/13 at about 6:30 PM when he was going to Mandi by his Moter CycleNo.(HP31-6596) and reached near  Gutkar, in mean  time  one Moter Cycle  came from opposite  side and  hit his Moter Cycle.  HC Ram Singh No. 68 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5        96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8650/- was recovered under M.V. Act and15 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
