CASE OF MURDER
1. Case FIR No. 272/13 dated 28/10/13 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Tambo Devi W/O Sh. Balwant Singh R/O Vill. Salin PO Marhi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) Pradan of G.P. Binga that on 27/10/13 Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O VIll. Dabrot PO Marhi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi murdered his wife. ASI Nasib Singh Incharge Police Post Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 273/13 dated 27/10/13 U/S 452,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt Kiran W/O Sh. Jai Karan R/O VPO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/13 her brother-in-law entered in her room and beat her up. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 160/13 dated 28/10/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Finna Ram R/O Vill.Khuddar PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindenagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going along Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Gurdev Dutt VPO Lower by a M/Cycle (HP29A-1852) and when they reached at Kaunsal he struck the M/Cycle with a jeep (HP29A-3512) and they both sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Prasad Incharge Police Post Bassi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 51 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
